v2 brings big functionality gains from a small code change:
- swapless redemptions
- upfront fees to token lockers instead of lenders
swapless redemptions:
- enables even illiquid/locked tokens as collateral
- removes swap costs for redeeming loopers
rerouting upfront fees:
- lenders get predictable lending yield
- token lockers capture the unpredictable upside through protocol revenue
the UI now shows a "deprecated" banner over the old market and encourages people to close their Troves
