Any Republican who doesn't vote for @SeanParnellUSA is a coward. There are very few people in politics besides Trump himself that were the victim of more vicious lies and media smears than Sean. In case you don't remember, the allegations of "abuse" occurred years before his Senate campaign. They were determined to not be credible. His ex-wife even supported his run for Congress in 2020. And then, after becoming the Trump-endorsed candidate for PA Senate in 2021, all of a sudden the Pennsylvania Supreme Court specially appointed a Democrat judge from outside of his county to oversee his divorce proceedings. That judge proceeded to revoke his custody of his kids citing the fact that he was a candidate for Senate. It was at that time that the media ran with the allegations of "abuse," which, again, were years old and had been determined to not be credible. Sean was then forced to end his race to get custody of his kids back. He has since become happily remarried, and not only has his full parental rights back, but also adopted his wife Melanie's children as well.

I could have chosen to retire, but I didn't. I got into this race because when I was growing up, one good job was enough to raise a family, own a home, and live a fulfilling life. And that's the America that I want my grandkids to grow up in.

I woke up this morning and the first thought in my mind was, “It’s officially been a year.” For the past year, my phone has constantly shown me “one year ago today” memories with Charlie. A flight we were on. A campus or church we were at. A conversation we had. A hilarious moment I’d forgotten about. Funny videos. So many memories. Almost every day, there was another reminder of where we were and what we were doing together exactly one year before. But this morning… I realized I won’t have those anymore. There is no longer going to be a “one year ago today” with Charlie waiting for me tomorrow. It’s officially been a year. This realization hit me so unbelievably hard. My heart is broken. For the last 365 days, those memories have felt like little windows back into a life that somehow still felt close enough to touch. Now the calendar keeps moving, even though part of me so wishes it wouldn’t. I’m longing for and looking to the reunion of eternity with our Savior. Where nothing, not even time, can ever separate again. I’m incredibly grateful for every photo, every video, every text, every trip, every ordinary moment I didn’t know at the time would become something I clung to and treasured so deeply. I miss my friend. I miss him so beyond explanation. Today, more than anything, I’m just so grateful to God I got to know him.

A tribute to my friend Charlie Kirk. One year ago today it was cemented in my mind that I had no excuse. Charlie knew more than anyone that the world needs something from all of us & that the lack of our best hurts everything. He led by example - we all must do the same.
