One of my favourite things about the Keep MCP server is when I am doing something interesting, I tell the agent:
"Create and update a Keep note to document this so I can write a blog post about it later"
Right now it's syncing my MacBook Pro and Mac Mini apps, documents, dotfiles, CLIs, skills, repos etc to run coding agents and GitHub action runners remotely 24/7.
It's matching my wallpaper, dock icons, installing Chrome extensions, Tailscale, Jump Desktop.
The Mini is upstairs and I'm just chatting it out with Codex. 🤯

SEO question: how do tools like speedyindex.com force Googlebot Mobile to crawl a URL without using Search Console?
It doesn't seem to be backlinks or the Indexing API & my tests to capture referrers etc didn't find anything.

Can somebody @every prompt Fable 5.1 to add an RSS feed so I can subscribe and get all of their content as markdown in for my clankers?
I gave Fable 5.1 the SVG of my blog logo and told it to make a Pixar x Grok Bot animation mashup and it did not disappoint.
It even added sound effects with Web Audio. Pointless, but fun!

Has anybody used my SEO skill/CLI for real work?
Trying to decide how useful it is, whether it needs to be more simple, go deeper, if it has bugs, etc.
I still use it a lot but am leaning to simple single-purpose tools for most of my work now.

Getting traffic from SEO and AEO seems to be the only thing I am exceptionally good at.
Maybe it's time to go stealth mode and double down on that in non-tech-bubble niches...

Bad vibe coded websites and bad AI content won't rank?
It makes no sense for Google to NOT rank a website that answers the search intent better than another website, just because it was built with AI.
QuickTaxCalc was fully built with @trycodus as demo of the new product-to-video feature we launched.
The whole website, data research and posting of the programmatic pages were built and deployed to the server on autopilot with a swarm of agents. They even chose the domain name, bought it without my supervision, then set it up on the server autonomously.
Hundreds of pages also have explainer videos with visuals and graphics, all made with no human intervention.
The website just came out of the Google sandbox about three days ago, until then it only had the homepage indexed, as it's a new domain, and it's a new site with no links.
We are running lots of tests internally, and our findings so far is: AI content and AI websites will rank, as long as it's great quality, and serve the search intent better than those of competitors.
In this example we even outrank Zoopla and Manchester City Council website 🤷♂️

I built myself a durable memory tool for agents with a menubar app to view progress, tasks, decisions across everything I work on.
It's so quiet and and out of the way that I'm not sure how useful it is yet for memory!
The tiny task manager is working well for me though.

One of my UK sites is a pain to keep updated manually (the gov sites constantly break or change)
Now I get new issues daily that dev bot sends to a Cursor background agent to fix in a PR + merge.

Early impressions of Instinct vs Grok Bot:
- Onboarding on Grok Bot is much smoother. Instinct can't set up MCP servers yet, for example.
- For coding, the ability to send background agents to Cursor and manage via bots make it more of an "everything" tool
- Instinct is much more clear and direct in language and currently is nicer and easier to chat to.
- Instinct seems more pro-active than Grok. Without prompting it checked on my flight yesterday, told me it was delayed, updated me when the gate was announced and this morning did a daily brief of my inbox. Grok needs a lot more nudging to keep checking.
- I am torn between loving having a bunch of bots for different roles vs the overwhelm of seeing them and just dealing with the one bot. I think I am quite single-threaded by nature so prefer one bot to manage others without me seeing them
If you plan to do a lot of coding, Grok is a great choice, but I could see Instinct being a better organizer and general "Chief of Staff".
Will keep testing.
