Update on the ChatGPT Codex quota drain issue.
I think I found the real source. it wasn’t Computer Use itself. It was Computer History!
Computer History appears to generate a local activity log through Skysight, including raw segmented event files like segments/.../events.jsonl. If that history is later processed as context, token volume can explode without the user sending a large prompt or doing “heavy” work in the chat.
