moved a few projects from @bunjavascript 1.3.14 to 1.4.1, in each case memory usage dropped about 2/3, crazy
bun 1.4 to bun 1.4.1, noticeable less memory on cold start, and seems to be less memory leaks, also lower CPU usage

Bun v1.4.1 is a big upgrade to Bun’s bundler.
On a 200-route React app over simulated 4G, navigating between routes is 38% faster than Bun v1.4.0, and 10% faster than Vite v8.2.2.

`Bun.serve({ http2: true })` enables HTTP/2 support. The same API just works for HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2, and HTTP/3.
currently bun 1.4.1 is net negative lines of code
I don’t expect this to be true tomorrow though
this was:
- reduce alignment / padding
- skip copying instructions an extra time (thx @__sosukesuzuki)
- dedupe strings across all modules instead of just one
- avoid hashing identifiers
- inline small strings
- LEB128 some less common function metadata fields
