There is an infamous corner in WV called Stupid’s Corner. I follow Jessica Davis who posts very entertaining videos of people struggling to take this turn. My Tesla Cybertruck on FSD 14.3.9 handled it literally perfectly. I couldn’t ask it to do any better.

We did it today in a Model Y (HW3) and we were not brave enough to try FSD. We had to do a K turn just to make it.
