In anticipation of B20s on @base mainnet, I wanted to highlight a useful tool for devs:
tl;dr: standard Foundry can't simulate Base precompiles; eg, the B20 Factory, Policy Registry.
base-anvil is a fork of Foundry specifically for Base, so if you're already accustomed to this toolkit as an eth dev, you'll feel right at home.
