Scott Wiener’s “unproven housing ideology” is … checks notes … building housing.
It only took 10 years to finally undo the damage Jane Kim did to housing construction financing feasibility. Don’t let her destroy the entire state of California’s insurance system (and basically crash everybody’s ability to get any kind of residential insurance — public, private, affordable, you name it).
