Laughter Gives Us Plausible Deniability For The Truth We Are Not Yet Brave Enough To Say Seriously. Humor can function like diplomatic immunity for vulnerability. We flirt and laugh. Confess and laugh. Reveal something painfully accurate and immediately soften it with “just kidding.” The laughter does not necessarily erase the meaning. Sometimes it creates an emergency exit. If the truth is welcomed, we can step closer. If it is rejected, we can retreat behind the joke and pretend nothing consequential was ever said. Psychologically, humor is remarkable because it allows incompatible realities to occupy the same sentence. I mean this, but perhaps I don't. I want you to know, but I am not ready to be accountable for you knowing. I am testing the boundary without admitting I am testing it. Teasing can carry attraction, sarcasm can conceal resentment, dark humor can metabolize pain, and laughter can appear precisely when the emotional stakes are highest. The joke becomes a trial balloon for truths too vulnerable to release without protection. But plausible deniability has a price. What protects us from rejection can also protect us from intimacy. If every vulnerable truth arrives disguised as humor, the other person is forced to interpret what we refuse to articulate. Eventually, ambiguity becomes its own form of emotional distance. You cannot demand to be deeply understood while continuously providing people an alternative explanation for everything you reveal. So pay attention to what repeatedly appears beneath the laughter, especially your own. Sometimes a joke is simply a joke. But sometimes laughter is the velvet curtain pulled across an exposed nerve. The most revealing question may not be, “Why are you laughing?” but “What would this mean if neither of us were allowed to pretend it was funny?” ~ Katie Kamara ✨🙌🏾💫

In the popular movie The Matrix, many pivotal lines echo the Bhagavad Gita: Here we see the mention of the gunas and the role it plays in creating a ‘Maya’. But, what are these gunas that play such a key role? The gunas are not mere concepts but subtle energies or forces that govern the interaction between consciousness and matter. They shape how the jiva perceives the world and reacts to various situations. They are broken into: 1) Sattva - The mode of goodness A person dominated by sattva tends to respond thoughtfully and calmly. 2) Rajas: Mode of passion A person dominated by rajas reacts impulsively and often gets agitated. 3) Tamas: Mode of ignorance A person influenced by tamas may freeze, become indecisive, or act irrationally. These modes function like invisible threads, subtly influencing thoughts, emotions, and actions, thereby determining the individual’s experience of the material world. Even though the soul is beyond these modes, identifying with the body and its desires causes him to be bound by them. ✨🙌🏾💫

Fear is loud and demands immediate attention. Love is quiet and gets postponed indefinitely. That imbalance is the whole diagnosis. Fear evolved to keep you alive, which means it’s wired to override everything else the instant it activates. This made sense when the threats were physical and immediate. It makes far less sense now, when most modern fear has nothing to do with survival and everything to do with imagined humiliation, imagined loss, imagined rejection that hasn’t happened and often never will. The nervous system doesn’t know the difference. It responds to the imagined threat with the same intensity it would give a real one, and love, which requires openness and risk simply cannot compete with that wind of alarm. This is why fear wins by default in most people’s lives, not because it’s stronger, but because it’s louder and faster, while love requires a kind of deliberate, sustained attention that fear never asks for. You don’t have to choose fear. It chooses itself. Love has to be chosen, repeatedly, on purpose, often while fear is still shouting in the background. The tragedy Hall is naming isn’t that people don’t feel love. It’s that love keeps losing the argument to fear before it ever gets a fair hearing. The heart wants to open. The nervous system keeps closing it faster than the heart can finish the sentence. You were never given too little capacity to love. You were only given a fear response that keeps interrupting it before it finishes speaking. ✨🙌🏾💫

VULNERABILITY IS A CHOICE AND A VIBRATIONAL ENERGY FIELD Notice the more vulnerable we are, the more invulnerable or untouchable we are. Contrary to what is often taught, we are only ever vulnerable to ourselves. What other people think is irrelevant. Fear of vulnerability stems from fear of self-love. The irony is that to be vulnerable is to be truly powerful, confident and free. To be fully open and transparent, is to hide nothing, fear nothing and be indomitable. As we love and accept ourselves as we are, fears and insecurities fall away. We only seek to control others so long as we are run by insecurities. The more vulnerable we are, the more the subconscious trickle of negative thoughts/ beliefs dissipates. Society is designed to make us protective of self-image. Social acceptance is based on a keeping up an "acceptable" identity. Embracing vulnerability invites us to break the shell that hides who we are so we reveal it and grow as a Soul. Society trains and challenges us to project and reach outward for a sense of success and happiness until something shifts our focus inward. As you choose love, choose to be more gentle and kind to self and others, you embrace vulnerability, consciousness expands and realities shift. Being conditioned into anxious states keeps us looking outward for success and happiness so people avoid finding security within. Fear is metaphysical energy moving into greater fear and illness. Vulnerability is a path to opening up and questioning everything you think about yourself, to go with the flow of what comes and goes. As consciousness expands, what one fears losing turns out to be the construct of social conditioning. At the perfect moment, it dawns the transition from metaphysical and physical to purely metaphysical is simply a change in energy. Being aware of everything as energy, is a state where fear no longer runs you. As long as you fear death, attachment, identity, the body, life mirrors your fear. As you begin to see fear is illusion, you stop fearing judgement, retribution, constructs, ideas linked to death and dying. Caution though. This goes way beyond a mental journey. True aliveness unfolds through a multi-faceted, visceral journey. Ultimately, vulnerability is a choice and a vibrational energy field. Trust is also a vibration. Choosing to let go of defenses that cloud more than the solar plexus is life-changing. It marks milestones, stages of Soul transformation.

IT DIDN'T REFLECT YOU. IT REVEALED YOU! From the Aztec "Lord of the Smoking Mirror" to Queen Elizabeth’s chief magus, to a classified CIA psychic program in the 1970s the obsession with obsidian mirrors is real. They believed that if you stare into the black glass long enough, your face fades away. What takes its place isn't a reflection. It's whatever is waiting on the other side. Are these just optical illusions, or did the CIA actually reopen a 500-year-old door?

10 THINGS TIME HAS TAUGHT ME 1. Most of our life is spent chasing false goals and worshipping false ideals. The day you realize that is the day you really start to live. 2. You really, truly cannot please all of the people all of the time. Please yourself first and your loved ones second, everyone else is busy pleasing themselves anyway, trust me. 3. Fighting the ageing process is like trying to catch the wind. Go with it, enjoy it. Your body is changing, but it always has been. Don’t waste time trying to reverse that, instead change your mindset to see the beauty in the new. 4. Nobody is perfect and nobody is truly happy with their lot. When that sinks in you are free of comparison and free of judgement. It’s truly liberating. 5. No one really sees what you do right, everyone sees what you do wrong. When that becomes clear to you, you will start doing things for the right reason and you will start having so much more fun. 6. You will regret the years you spent berating your looks, the sooner you can make peace with the vessel your soul lives in, the better. Your body is amazing and important but it does not define you. 7. Your health is obviously important but stress, fear and worry are far more damaging than any delicious food or drink you may deny yourself. Happiness and peace are the best medicine. 8. Who will remember you and for what, become important factors as you age. Your love and your wisdom will live on far longer than any material thing you can pass down. Tell your stories, they can travel farther than you can imagine. 9. We are not here for long but if you are living against the wind it can feel like a life-sentence. Life should not feel like a chore, it should feel like an adventure. 10. Always, always, drink the good champagne/ Cacao and use the things you keep for ‘best’. Tomorrow is guaranteed to no one. Today is a gift that’s why we call it the present. Eat, Drink & Be Merry. ~ Donna Ashworth ✨🙌🏾💫

In this video, two Grandmasters of two different Shaolin lineages, including Shaolin Yijinjing Qigong lineage, can be seen demonstrating pyro-kinetic abilities. Such an attainment only becomes available to those who remain persistent and consistent with their neigong practice, spending many years toward simultaneously cultivating one’s health and internal life-force. In the first video, is a direct disciple of the well-known Shaolin Grandmaster Hai Deng, who was renowned for his ability to meditate while standing on a single finger, a skill otherwise known as Shaolin YiZhiChan. The internal cultivation skills (fagong) displayed by that specific lineage are phenomenal. In the second video, the now passed Grandmaster Xuan Kong, the Shifu, Jiang Lianyuan, can be seen projecting his internal energy from a distance and causing a piece of paper to ignite.

ECLIPSES For a moment, the light disappears. And in that temporary darkness, something hidden becomes visible… An eclipse does not only unsettle us. Birds fall silent. Animals shift their behavior. Insects change their rhythm. For a few minutes, nature itself reacts as if the order of the world has changed. Because life does not follow clocks. It follows light, instinct and rhythm. And perhaps we are no different. An eclipse interrupts the familiar long enough to reveal what has been standing between us and our own light: an old identity, a fear, a relationship, a pattern. The shadow will pass... The question is: what in you is finally ready to move with it? ✨🙌🏾💫

THIS DELICATE CREATURE HAS A POWERFUL STORY The dragonfly spends its first years of life living in the water. One day, when it is ready to change, the dragonfly climbs up a reed and miraculously begins to breathe air, crawling out from its old skin and unfolding the majestic wings which were there within its body all along. It is now carried by these wings to a new existence; a new plane of reality, which would seem too fantastic to be real to its other tiny friends still living in the pond. The challenges we face in life will leave us forever changed. As the dragonfly’s story illustrates, we may even appear to vanish to our friends, but we have simply changed forms. A challenging life path can allow us to gather the strength needed to use the inner courage we’re born with. After this difficult transformation, survivors and those who fought gain a new and beautiful kind of power. There are stories of those who believe dragonflies visit us sometimes as messengers from loved ones who have passed on after undergoing this transformative journey, so keep this tale in mind the next time you see a dragonfly. ~ Sid Dickens ✨🙌🏾💫

THE STATE OF CONTROL Section 15 of the U.S. Code defines a federal corporation as a company created by the U.S. government. This means that anyone born in the U.S. is legally tied to the country under the 14th Amendment, which grants citizenship at birth. The United States was known as the Virginia Company until 1776, when it was renamed the United States of America, a British trading company linked to the City of London Corporation. This company helped establish colonies in North America and was connected to the British royal family. The Magna Carta, signed in 1215 by King John, is an important historical document that inspired freedoms later included in the U.S. Constitution. Today, the City of London Corporation governs a small one-square-mile area in London, which is legally separate from the rest of the city and country. Similarly, Washington, D.C. and the Vatican are unique sovereign areas, not part of any state or country. Washington, D.C. was once called “Rome” due to its architecture, which reflects the styles favored by the Jesuits. The Vatican, City of London, and D.C. are the 3 states the control the world today. This spiritual-political empire is none other than the cryptic Babylonian system foretold in Revelation 17, now resurrected in Rome under a globalist mask. Despite any modern title he may adopt, Caesar remains the undisputed high priest and political head of this mystery religion, ruling from his symbolic “Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem.” With the clandestine signing of the OSLO Accords in 1990 concealed from public scrutiny the Papacy gained indirect control over 60% of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount, thanks to the manipulations of Shimon Peres and his Jesuit-trained team of Sabbatian-Frankist elites. ✨🙌🏾💫 © Santos Bonacci
