State Duma Elections voting took place at the Russian Embassy in Kuwait On 18 September 2026, polling station No. 8178 at the Russian Embassy in Kuwait hosted voting in the elections of members of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Nearly 150 Russian citizens working or permanently residing in Kuwait cast their votes. A warm and positive atmosphere prevailed at the polling station, providing an opportunity for fellow Russians to meet and interact. Many came with their entire families, and there was a noticeable presence of children.
