Everything can be understood, but we will never understand everything.
Existence itself is a miracle - the rest is science. There is no single meaning to existence - if there were, we’d be slaves to it. Within existence, there are rules of logic and science. If it was magic, the world would be un-navigable. Truly the best of all possible worlds.

The fundamental problem with AI art is that there is no jeopardy.
We had a problem at A-LIST. OpenClaw made AI way better, so we gave one to every user. It almost bankrupted us. It cost $100K a month. We needed it to be $2000. Today we share the solution. It's called Chariot. Elastic claws that cut costs by 98%—while they get smarter.

Software development is eating jobs.
The Chief Economist at Indeed just posted that software development job posting growth is outpacing overall job posting growth:
Skin in the game I have now personally invested $1M in our public venture fund, USVC 👀
America is poised for supersonic growth if we don’t fuck it up.
His books are a blessing.
Maybe the funniest. Also, one of the saddest. Certainly, one of the best.
Pull value-add investors straight into your RUV.
New: Roll Up Vehicles + Value Add Network Companies can now access a network of high-quality angels and VCs built into their RUV. VAN is comprised of top operators, founders, GPs, syndicate leads, and super-angels selected by founders specifically for their value-add. Tap into VAN to top off your round with people who can help: • navigate specific industries • build distribution & GTM motions • recruit great talent Multiple companies like Recursive Superintelligence, have already received millions in commitments from value add angels and VCs. Our goal is for RUV + VAN to be the place to go to design your most helpful investor.

Tasks that do not generate new knowledge will be automated.
I’m doing some of my most active thinking when I’m using AI.
people are really afraid of losing their ability to think by using ai too much and it's a disservice to themselves. it's not worse than using reddit too much! it's not worse than watching tv too much!
AI: We got it. AGI: Will require a breakthrough in the meaning of computation, but AI will get close enough for many purposes. ASI: Bonehead theory that imagines there are things that humans cannot understand. Humans can always gain understanding by asking questions. RSI: I would love to see recursive self-improvement, but it will never be superintelligent. It may be faster than a person, but so is a calculator.

A million reasons (five actually) we’re not in a simulation:
A million reasons we're not in a simulation, off the top of my head: - What are the physics of the simulator? A simulation solves no problems, it just kicks the problem of explaining physics up a level, accomplishing nothing. You may as well say that the earth rests on turtles. - We live in a simulation? Fantastic. It’s actually a simulation that’s run by dogs. No, it's run by insects. No, it's run by Zeus. The argument is infinitely variable and worthless. - There is apparently a stochastic argument for simulation. There are no stochastic processes in the universe, period. Stochastic processes require physics that support them and there are no known random physical processes in the (multi)universe. - Simulation advocates imagine that the simulator is just another Turing machine. Why would it be a Turing machine? Why would it be the same exact technology that we already have in this universe? At least use your imagination to come up with a different kind of computer, which will be yet another infinitely variable argument. - Apparently there is experimental evidence of a simulator. Has it been reproduced? No? Great, it is garbage. Goodbye!

It is the one place in the world that says you are an atomic unit of reality.
I love America so much. It is the one place in the world that says you are an atomic unit of reality. You as a single living being deserve a place in the structure of reality. God bless it and for the sake of all people that are and to come let it thrive.

How it feels demonetizing accounts that pretend to be Americans and attempt to divide us Happy 4th
Speech, guns, property, freedom, and the heroes who made it possible. That’s what America means to me. Happy anniversary baby. 🇺🇸
Happy Birthday America, Land of the Free. Don’t give up on the First, Second, Fourth, and Ninth Amendments. They’re unique, and your freedom - and the worlds’ - depends on them.
Our goal is to capture how founders really talk when no one is watching.
