Yesterday I once again attempted to reach the families under siege in the Palestinian village of Qusra. While trying to enter, I was attacked by occupation soldiers. As I was walking past the barrier with my hands behind my back, one of the soldiers intentionally fell to the ground and claimed that I had attacked him. I was then violently shoved onto my car. If this is how a sitting Member of Knesset is treated by the occupation forces, imagine for a moment what Palestinians face every day. We didn't give in, and we eventually made it to the homes and met with Loui and his family. The international community must step in to end this siege. But that isn't enough, the entire occupation must end so justice can prevail.
