A new Umbra is coming. V2 arrives in Q4, with a much bigger vision for @UmbraPrivacy. V1 proved that demand for onchain privacy is real. With V2, Umbra aims to become a complete privacy stack for every financial asset. What to expect: - Transfers and swaps will become 10x to 15x faster - Multi-asset shielded pools will bring borrowing, yield farming, payments and transactions under one privacy layer As Umbra evolves into an infrastructure network, more advanced compliance tools will make integrations with other projects easier. And of course, the token will keep its special place, with an even stronger role in Umbra V2. We’ll learn more about the network architecture as we get closer to the release. Perhaps the best way to put it is this: Umbra will make privacy fast, safe, and easy enough for anyone to use.
