i’ve a lot to say about each of our investors, but i believe @davemorin 🦞 deserves his own post. the first time i heard about Dave was ~5 months ago through this Stanford study ranking him as « the #1# angel investor in Silicon Valley by number of unicorn investments » ahead of Peter Thiel and Ronald Conway 🤯 and i was even more surprised when i knew that he’s actually deeply involved in OpenClaw 🦞 alongside @steipete, and i’m a huge believer in VC who build. so i was like, let’s reach out to him. i was surprised when he said yes. it was very early, before the magazine, before the night show, before the buzzer, and before everything that’s coming next. but it wasn’t easy though, Dave is probably one of the busiest people on the planet haha (you’ve got a better chance of catching the rarest pokémon on pokémon go than finding an open slot on his calendar 😂) so it took us a while, but when i finally met him and @brit, i left even more excited. we shared the same belief that technology will keep making the world better, and that media has way more value than any spreadsheet can measure. so excited to have dave & brit on board ❤️ time to make tech fun, again.
