There’s something really interesting happening right now, and it is that tokenized equities are exactly where stablecoins were in 2019 and they are growing pretty really fast. When stablecoins came, adoption did not happen magically because the infrastructure to make them fly were not exactly present. The way they worked was clear, but people needed to understand how to make them better. Adoption didn’t really fly until several applications, wallets, lending platforms and several others started to put them into use. Today, tokenized equities are already big and one of the biggest positive is that they didn’t have to wait to be put into use like stablecoins did. It’s very cool to look at the TAM of US public equities and compare it to the stocks onchain today, but it’s not a good comparison to say we are still behind without seeing the bigger things to come. Tokenized stocks are going to grow real big. They have all of the infrastructure ready for them to be plugged into. And the SEC just opened trading of stocks in the U.S and I think this is going to make them fly even further. The future of tokenized stocks is extremely bright and only the ones who look beyond where we are right now, will see where we are going.

Tokenized stocks trading on DEX has taken a new shape since @bstocksfinance and @RobinhoodApp came into the game full time. It took @xStocksFi & @PreStocks 224 and 252 days respectively to hit $1B in DEX trading volume. On the other hand, IT ONLY TOOK bstocks and Robinhood 35 and 56 days respectively to hit that figure! The tokenized stock market is becoming increasingly competitive at the individual asset level. SPCX is now tokenized by multiple issuers across multiple chains. The Binance bStocks deployment on BNB Chain leads with $109.9M in market cap, ahead of every other SPCX deployment.

A market that started with just EXODUS movement and wisdom tree fund now consists several tokens from different issuers. - @xStocksFi showed up first. - @Ondo followed. several months after, @binance showed up with bstocks.
