STARLINK IS TAKING OVER IN-FLIGHT CONNECTIVITY As of early July 2026, over 40 airlines have partnered with Starlink. Many are already live, and the rollout is accelerating fast. Airlines Already Offering Starlink (Live on Aircraft) • JSX (first commercial airline) • Hawaiian Airlines (full fleet) • airBaltic (full fleet) • ZIPAIR Tokyo (full fleet) • United Airlines (largest deployment — hundreds equipped) • Qatar Airways • Air France • Emirates (rapidly expanding) • Alaska Airlines • WestJet • Virgin Atlantic • SAS Scandinavian Airlines Major Airlines Rolling Out or Announced • Southwest Airlines (first flights starting summer 2026) • American Airlines (500+ aircraft starting 2027) • British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling (IAG group) • Lufthansa Group (Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, Brussels, Eurowings) • Singapore Airlines • Korean Air and subsidiaries (Asiana, Air Busan, Air Seoul) • Air New Zealand • flydubai • Gulf Air • EL AL Plus many others including LEVEL, Jin Air, Aero, Arajet, and more. How this changes the game: Starlink delivers real high-speed internet (often 100–350+ Mbps) from gate to gate. Passengers can now reliably video call, stream, work, and game at 35,000 feet. What used to be one of the worst parts of flying is becoming one of the best. Airlines without Starlink are already at a competitive disadvantage. The gap is widening quickly.
