You can criticize Davido all you want, but calling a man who has remained relevant, consistently dropped hits and stayed at the top of African music for over 15 years “talentless” is just delusional. Egbon Wande, you’re incredibly talented and had one of the most memorable runs in Nigerian music, but let’s be honest, your period of dominance didn’t last anywhere close to Davido’s. Davido has survived different eras, adapted to changes in the industry and remained a household name for over a decade. You don’t have to rate Davido, but calling him talentless when your own peak was shorter than his entire mainstream run is crazy. Sit this one out, abeg.
