The average person does not try to solve their problems or struggles. They get stuck in a routine and live the same day over and over. It does not cross their minds to snap out of it, engage in strategic thinking, and change direction so they can eventually reach a more advantageous position in life.
If you want to get ahead of 90% of people, all you have to do is pause, think, and actually attempt to overcome the struggle you're faced with.

Nobody wants to say it, but everyone exchanged their obsession with collecting Notion templates for collecting Claude skills instead (with nothing to show for it, as always).
Gentle reminder:
Block out time away from the screen.
Force yourself if you have to.
Read a book for once. Hit the coffee shop. Do anything that gives your mind space to process all of the noise you've accumulated.
You will feel the immense difference in mental clarity.

If you even slightly entertain the thought of failure, you give your mind a chance to start noticing reasons to fail. But if the only option on your mind is to win, then the world seems to conspire in your favor, because your mind will notice opportunities it wouldn't have before. Become delusionally optimistic, not because it's realistic, but because it's effective. It drastically increases your chances of success.

Your attention works fine. You don't need to "fix" it. You just don't have a target that makes it easy to focus for months on end. You don't have a vision so strong that everything else becomes boring.

You can't focus because you never let yourself be bored. Actually bored. Not "bored" scrolling on your phone taxing your brain into oblivion with more dopamine in 10 minutes than people a thousand years ago would get in an entire month.

Skills that have nothing to do with money but are worth dedicating an immense amount of practice to:
- Charisma
- Metacognition
- Critical thinking
- Sitting with discomfort
- Articulating what you believe and why
- Changing your beliefs when presented with new information
Almost nobody actually practices these and it shows.

If you don't wake up excited and go to bed tired, drop everything and think of what your future will look like if you keep repeating the same day for the rest of your life. Sit with that discomfort until a new direction appears.

The fastest way to change your life is to rip yourself out of your (physical and digital) environment. Change everything overnight. The places you go, the accounts you follow, the info you consume, etc. It's difficult but it absolutely works.

If you have multiple interests, people will try to convince you that this trait is a weakness.
But they couldn't be any more wrong.
It's a superpower. If you know how to channel them:

Stress is great for brute-forcing mindless tasks, but it absolutely destroys your ability to think spatially. It destroys your creativity, which is the one thing that will give you a competitive advantage over everyone optimizing for productivity.

You only need 1 hour.
1 hour of building. 1 hour of writing. 1 hour of lifting. 1 hour of studying.
1 hour of any form of bettering yourself, because it quickly compounds.
1 hour feels like nothing until you look back 365 hours later and everything's changed.

I saw a post about how rare it is for beautiful butterflies to enter your home, – yet, the filthiest insects spend their lives invading it.
Made me realise it's time to make more effort to directly co-sign and boost accounts that actually produce high quality content – even if not all opinions are shared – there are accounts that open your mind to new ideas.
Makes no sense to only engage w/ ragebait slop accounts that violate you with the vulgarity of their brainlessness.
Going to be very direct with it.
Not just reposts or passive engagement – that is not enough.
I'll be studying them & periodically letting you know which accounts I like to read. I'll directly let you know which accounts are worth following to improve the quality of your own thinking.
Peace of mind does not come easily. It seldom just falls into your lap. You must fight for it. Higher forms of beauty must be earned through striving effort.
No point complaining about engagement and slop if accounts that post high quality content are too shy or insecure about directly recommending each other.
We are being outworked by 3rd world engagement farms.
It is time to create an Anti-Brainrot ecosystem.

The most important decision of your life
If you don't have a goal so meaningful it makes other people's opinions irrelevant, you will lose control of your life. You will adopt the goals assigned to you by your parents, peers, or society.
