Unity for Games(@unitygames):Entering Play Mode just got significantly faster ⚡ In Unity 6.6, the default setting for entering Play Mode is now reload scene only for all new projects. This means code will not be reloaded getting you into Play Mode faster, and state, such as static variables, is not reset when entering Play Mode. Why the shift? It’s all part of the upcoming move to CoreCLR in Unity 7, where domain reloads will be removed completely. 🔗 Learn how to upgrade your project code:
