SCOOP: Coatue is working on a *first-of-its-kind* multi-billion joint-venture with chip startup MatX, which Anthropic discussed buying this year.
The JV aims to finance purchases of memory and logic dies as well as capacity at chip manufacturers.
The goal is to help the startup overcome fierce shortages when big players like Nvidia can just lock in lots of capacity.
