Loyalty means more to me than just being around when everything good. It’s how you speak on me when I’m not there, how you move when we not seeing eye to eye, and whether you stay solid when nobody watching. I don’t need perfect people around me. I need people who don’t ever switch up on me.

If an autistic person gives you far more detail than you expected, it usually isn't because they think you don't understand. It's because those are the kinds of explanations they would appreciate receiving themselves.
Many things neurotypical people assume are obvious aren't automatically obvious to autistic people. Because of that, autistic people often explain details that others leave unsaid, simply because those details are the ones they would personally need to fully understand what's being communicated.

It’s really heartbreaking that some people prey on autistic individuals, they research how to manipulate or take advantage of them or even how to torment them.
One thing I’ll never fully understand as a neurodivergent person is why work can’t just be for… working. Somehow everyone else turns the office into a social ecosystem, and I’m still trying to figure out why we’re discussing weekend plans in the middle of a spreadsheet.
