Over 35,000 protesters were massacred in Iran this year by the Islamic regime.
Mehdi Sepehran was 21. He loved music and traveling the world. Islamic regime terrorists shot him during the protests. He was taken to a hospital alive in the hope of treatment, but regime terrorists stormed it, shot every wounded protester, and arrested medical staff who tried to stop the executions.
His body was so badly disfigured with bullets that his father could only identify him by a tattoo. The regime agents committed demonic crimes against the innocent.

@visegrad24 Definitely inside Iran. The cars in the video (including the identifiable L90) are Iranian-made models produced almost exclusively in Iran due to sanctions, not found anywhere else in such numbers.
