Its been a great experience at Circuit accelerator building with OG teams on @base Weeks are packed with building, investor sourcing, investor dinners, office hours and a lot more Few key insights i got this week chatting with @kittyvo_ & @Nibel_eth - 1) Refine product positioning around retail traders & degens who are our core users. They may not understand the idea of "agents running vaults as funds", but can easily get "every wallet could be an onchain fund" or "find your edge, launch your fund" 2) @yieldrdotorg at its core is solving the problem of - "Can agents manage capital onchain" and while the payoffs will be asymmetric for any player trying to solve this hard problem, but the engineering is equally complex as it needs a full stack of agents+ new terminals for traders to discover their edge, improve it, patternise it to a set of non-static rules agents can operate vaults on while agents can learn from their mistakes to deliver a target yield/return to any passive allocator onchain within their risk return profiles. Reading this sounds complex in itself, imagine building it out & explaining it to users. But if it was easy, you can ai slop that in one day and have no moat. The key insight is that the product has many parts and we might need to break the releases it in phases than one build out with full agent stack. 3) Nothing beats revenues as a metric for investors whether its VCs or onchain community. So we are now focused on releasing the agent stack in phases with revenue generating features tied to each launch. The first agent will help traders in memes+alt markets find & improve their edge is launching soon & based on early community feedback and revenues, we can validate demand for further agents in stack to come.
