🔔看到阿宝诙谐的观点，让我意识到：Kaito的出现，让项目方和用户彻底断层，web3进入“挖提卖”模式，KOL成为web3最大的散户群 项目方上Kaito找KOL，这就好像：出版社在作家协会找作者，电视台在经济协会找炒股大神、食品企业在糖酒会找消费者…… 最终项目自己都不知道钱花哪里去了，用户也不知道要这项目到底要干什么；肥的Kaito自己，累的是刷分KOL。 ✅Kaito让项目方和用户彻底断层，web3进入“挖提卖”模式 🔸Kaito 使项目方和用户彻底断层 Kaito 用AI算法来打分，这是一个web3叙事，是给资方看的与散户没有半毛钱关系。 Kaito也不知道散户需要什么，当然作为【项目方】和【KOL】的平台，他也不需要知道散户要什么。以前作为Launchpad平台还好，至少用户知道有新项目要发售了，可以短平快变现。但现在的排行榜机制就有很大的问题了，Kaito评分机制很大部分是KOL与AI算法的匹配性，算法匹配上来，yap分数就高。这使得【项目方】与币圈最核心的群体——用户，完全脱节。 这种脱节在以前其实并不明显，之前用户在Kaito质押 $kaito 获得投票权，项目方给投票用户发空投，让散户只是觉得这就是一个“短平快”赚钱的平台，这跟币安alpha差不多，用户刷积分拿空投，拿到空投就卖了。 🔸排行榜算法存在弊端，AI写作能拿高分 现在平台重点推排行榜机制，项目空投多数也是依据排行榜，这种“W2E”模式其实是挺好的，可以激励用户丰富web3内容体系，让用户自主寻找项目优点，逐渐将散户进阶成用户。 但这几天整个中文圈变了，很多人都在冲榜。都在想办法刷积分，更多人在用AI写作。 中文圈很少有人写，关于Kaito奖励站上项目的深度内容。为啥呢？ 因为排行榜评分机制算法模式，只要关键词匹配上了，做到的Kaito内容库中没有的“信息增量”，你就能拿高分。所以高频、AI+自风格的博主长期霸榜，你甚至看不到他们有写关于Kaito奖励站上的内容。 🔸项目方需要伴随项目成长的真实用户 像我这样做过大使的人都知道，一个好的项目开发周期长达两三年，这期间会推出好几轮测试网，让用户体验、让用户在体验过程中发现问题，这就是之前空投的玩法，做“做任务就有空投”、“积累TX就有空投”。 不管是做任务还是积累TX，用户在这个过程中会逐渐与了解项目，看到项目为web3解决的问题，看到项目的未来。项目通过这种“用户教育”的方式，能够积累原始代币持有者的基数（很多项目有几万原始用户，比如grass、Walrus、Hyperliquid），只要项目方真的奉行“代码及法律”，项目在TGE的时候没有抛售。原始用户看到代币价值较低，自然会在低价购买，这就是项目方愿意看到的护盘，grass、Walrus、Hyperliquid这些项目在空投后代币价格依然坚挺的原因（Hyperliquid后来还是出问题了，但相比于空投时的价格，空投用户还是赚的。） 🔸Kaito 抹杀散户，将KOL变成币圈生态最末端用户，是对web3生态的严重破坏 自从“做任务就有空投”、“积累TX就有空投”这种一贯制的【用户教育】【用户培养】体系分崩离析之后，Kaito和币安alpha就火了。币安alpha 至少还有散户有资格参与，每天动动手指还是能达到要求的。 但Kaito的做法就变成了——市场所有财富与散户无关，想赚钱，在Kaito Connect没维护完成前，【都去冲榜吧】。 都去冲榜，是不是意味着收益很高？显然不是，奖励站中Initia给前 4,000 进行空投，，OpenLedger给前200名空投，Sei、Mantle、Sophon、Skate给前50位空投（也不叫空投，叫奖励）；就Quai、Lombard给所有yapper奖励。 不知道有多少散户在冲榜，对于散户来说冲榜的成本可不小，目前多数都是KOL冲榜，你可以说Kaito奖励池是给KOL发放的奖励，这些奖励压根到不了币圈最珍贵的资源“用户”手里。 翻阅了奖励池的项目，给的奖励并不是很多，SEI就给26.25K USDC，这还搞个锤子，直接发给上面冲榜KOL就行了，有散户啥事没有？ 做过大使的人都清楚，KOL对项目来说是最没有忠实度的，都是哪里有热度哪里跑，能拉来商单就行。 很多冲榜KOL甚至不知道哪一条能吸引散户，也不用考虑写的内容散户能不能看进去，对散户成长有没有意义，散户看了内容会不会动手…… 所以项目方在上Kaito找KOL的意义是什么呢？这也是Agency在24年迅速出圈的原因。 ✅ Agency 是当前项目方高效获取用户，最好的途径 前面已经定义了，web3最珍贵的资源不是项目方、不是机构、也不是交易所，而是用户，真实用户。币安从始至终做的就是【用户增量】。 对于项目方来说，去哪里找到【真实用户】是最头疼的问题。 🔸KOL与用户共生已经7个年头 以往通过VC和媒体平台背书，用户自流入，然后项目方通过初始活动慢慢将“自流入用户”转化为“初级用户”，然后通过各种任务将“初级用户”逐渐转化成“真实用户”，最后通过激励措施完成“用户留存”。这种方式从18年到现在已经走了7个年头，依然受用。 在这几个年头中，用户慢慢成长、KOL慢慢成长，用户逐渐知道那些KOL有能力，KOL也知道自己的用户画像是什么，这种共生的模式促成了web3的发展，很多KOL慢慢的变成项目方的顾问。 🔸Agency 能为项目找到精准用户群 24年随着VC走弱，圈内Agency逐渐成为一个重要群体，他们有些是KOL转型，有些是媒体平台员工离职创业，还有些是OKX等商务团队离职或者VC商务离职。 这些Agency 很多都有丰富的行业经验，知道不同KOL之间不同的用户画像，他们能为项目方精准匹配到初始用户，还能为提供各种咨询业务，帮助项目方逐渐适合市场需求。这样的Agency，在市场至少有5-10家，比如 @0xEvieYang 。 🔸为什么Kaito无法替代Agency Kaito 并不是做的不好，他已经带火了"W2E"，还出现了两个防盘。 说Kaito无法取代Agency的原因，除了上面Kaito算法局限性外，还有一个原因就是，Kaito由推特数据起家的。 但我们要知道币圈社区是多元的，用户不经经在推特，还有币安广场、tiktok、微信公众号、微博，还有youtube、reddit、substark、medium、github、TG群、Discord群。 后面这些平台的用户粘性更大、专业性更强、忠诚度更高。比如 @BTCdayu 、@0xSunNFT 他们的群做的让人顶礼膜拜。我有很多粉丝都是在我的Medium找信息赚钱的。 这些多元化平台，Kaito目前是没有办法涉及到的，但在Agency那里，他们是门儿清的，Agency更容易根据这些综合平台给KOL打分，通过综合KOL的这些多元化平台，Agency就能清楚知道手里的项目，要通过哪些渠道找到用户。 所以Kaito要走的路还有很长，他的出现更多的是给web3做添砖加瓦，并不是革了Agency的命。同时希望Kaito代币分发平台尽快做起来，不然会离散户越来越远，最终自己的用户就只剩下KOL这一小众群体了。
