今天在 NZ Tech Expo 大会现场，演讲嘉宾 Dominic Pym 放了一组数据，非常有意思： 过去七年，澳大利亚 Fintech 一共有 564 笔公开融资。 FY26 这一年，91% 的融资，都集中在最大的 10 笔交易里。 全年一共 17.3 亿澳元。 Airwallex 自己两轮就拿了 9.58 亿。 剩下大概 7.72 亿，分在另外 51 笔融资里。 （放心，这些数字没有全靠我现场用湿人肉脑记下来。回来以后又找我深爱的 AI Agent 对了一遍。） 最容易得出的结论当然是：现在融资真的很难。 但我后来想，可能还有一个更现实的角度。 大部分好产品、好团队，本来也拿不到这些钱。 那你做产品的方式就会完全不一样。 如果 runway 主要靠客户，而不是靠下一轮融资，那每一个产品决定都得更值钱一点。 因为选错了，你也没那么多钱可以继续烧。 这也是为什么我越来越觉得，很多小团队其实不用那么早就搭一个完整的设计团队。 先找一个 fractional product designer，帮你做判断、推进设计、把东西持续 ship 出去，很多时候可能更实际。 至少在资金没那么宽松的时候，我觉得这个账挺值得算一算的。
