DHS says Abdoulaye Dia of Lanham crossed the border illegally into Lukevilke, AZ on December 21, 2023 (one of the days my team and I were there doing live shots showing masses of African men crossing illegally), but was released into the U.S. by Border Patrol. Dia was arrested by NYPD on June 10th for sexual abuse by forcible compulsion, forcible touching – sexual/intimate parts of another person, injure child less than 17, and sexual abuse without consent. He’s now been arrested by police in Maryland for allegedly kidnapping and raping an underage teen girl during an Empower rideshare in which he was the driver. Police say he took her to a parking lot and raped her in his vehicle, and they believe there are more victims.

I'm told by federal sources that he exhausted every single potential legal option to try to remain in the country and has had a final deportation order since November of last year. Rap sheet includes solicitation of a child, indecent liberties, proposed sex acts, sodomy, extortion, and threat to burn. Salvadoran illegal alien Reyban Leono Sanchez Hernandez, who was caught & released at the Texas border by the Obama admin in 2023. Has prior criminal history including solicitation of prostitution from a minor. Illegal alien Henry Adalberto Flores Herrera, whose criminal history includes felony solicitation of prostitution from a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor, driving under the influence of liquor, and a traffic offense. ICE placed detainers on them with Fairfax County, but FOX 5 DC reports all three of them have already been released by the county with low bonds of $3,000 and $5,000 with ICE detainers ignored. DHS statement to FOX: “These criminal illegal aliens were hand-delivered to Fairfax County communities by President Obama, who, like Sleepy Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, unleashed millions of unvetted illegal aliens into American communities and abused the law to do so.…Under Governor Spanberger, Virginia has become a hotbed of illegal alien crime.”

BREAKING: I'm told by federal source that the suspect arrested in Fairfax County, VA for the stabbing murder of a mother near a jogging trail in Great Falls, VA is a Salvadoran illegal alien who was caught and released at the border by the Biden admin in El Paso, TX in April 2024. Fairfax County Police announced the arrest of 19-year-old Alexis Antonio Cedillos-Campos this morning in connection to the stabbing killing of Carmen Lizet Puch on Monday and released a photo of his arrest. NEW: Federal judge Brian Murphy has lifted his stay of the termination of TPS for Ethiopians in the US. All Trump admin TPS terminations are now in effect for the below countries, which totals more than 1 million people. El Salvador is next. TPS for El Salvador is set to end on September 9th and would affect roughly 170,000 Salvadorans in the US who have had TPS protections since 2001.
