Zohran Mamdani finally admitted that his long-running threat to arrest Netanyahu is a nonstarter. He has no power to enforce International Criminal Court warrants or any other international law, and he certainly cannot arrest a foreign dignitary.
That this was obvious to most of us does not necessarily mean that it was obvious to the mayor.
