But the real hook is the training stack. It is that every tool in the chain behaves like an isolated employee with no memory of what the last one learned. You get collective amnesia plus a human doing the handoffs by hand. Rigid workflows were my first fix and they broke immediately, because production is where the shape of the work changes underneath you. @viktor_com takes the other road.
