I can't believe it needs to be said, but the helicopter seen picking up "Dude-44-Bravo" in the footage released by @60Minutes is clearly an MH-6/AH-6 variant. The so-called smudge visible in the blurred footage is the result of the engine exhaust, and the US admitted to having to fly him off the mountain to the waiting HC-130J and destroy the helicopters as there wasn't time to load them back onto the flight out, hence the 6-bladed MH-6/AH-6 variants seen in photos from the scene in Iran. It is NOT a special H-60 "Stealth-hawk" or whatever you want to call it. And it is certainly NOT a CH-53... 🤦‍♂️ @MATA_osint

YETI flight heading back to CENTCOM after visit to Germany #IranWar‌# The 3 US KC-46A "Pegasus" tankers that arrived into Ramstein Airbase (ETAR) in Germany the other day as "YETI15/16/17" are on their way back into CENTCOM as two groups this afternoon. "REACH286" has filed to Al-Udeid Airbase (OTBH) in Qatar, while both the other tankers might still be using YETI call-signs, suggesting they might head to Tel Aviv (LLBG) or Ovda (LLOV). NATO Air Exercises in Northern Europe Summary The map I've created below is for illustrative purposes only, using some of the OSINT flight tracking data relating to the surge in NATO air activity around Poland, Germany and Denmark in the last few days. It comes in the context of a number of Russian sabotage operations, UAV and missile incursions across the eastern borders of NATO and ongoing NATO air defence missions under Operation EASTERN SENTRY and NATO Air Policing missions. US Tanker Fleet Update 21/08/2026 #IranWar‌# Tanker numbers at the bases shown have remained at the same level as a few days ago, although with the NATO air activity around the Baltic and Kaliningrad in the last few days, several tankers have operated from different bases on different days. As of a short while ago, the 2 forward-deployed to Bezmer (LBIA) in Bulgaria have returned home to RAF Mildenhall (EGUN) leaving that base empty, and a single tanker believed to be heading out of the region remains at Stuttgart Airport (EDDS). A number of tankers in CENTCOM are also operating from multiple bases, often flying between Tel Aviv (LLBG), Ovda (LLOV), Al-Udeid (OTBH) and sometimes Al-Dhafra (OMAM) presumably as the mission requires it - I suspect some of these are cargo flights too due to the immense pressure the C-17 fleet has been under. @MATA_osint
