Surely if we go to war with Russia those on unemployment benefits should be exempted from conscription?
The pound has lost ~40% of its purchasing power since 2020 (partly due to Covid money printing), so the number of UK millionaires “should” have increased to reflect the debasement and the increased money in circulation.
But the number of millionaires has actually declined by ~60% since 2021.
The wealth destruction taking place in this country is staggering.
The US is growing its number of millionaires at 1,200 per day meanwhile and over 1.6 million since 2020.

This attempted hit piece by the FT on Nick Candy revealed information about his company Metals Exploration that was not widely known. The stock has gone up ~9% as a result meaning the FT has unintentionally grown Candy’s net worth by about 10 million quid. 🥳

I have never bought a government bond or a gilt in my life. Why? I consider them immoral.
Lending the government money is like lending vodka to an alcoholic.
Don’t enable them!
The private sector can do almost anything a government does better - to a higher standard for a lower price.
The sooner we get government out of our lives, the quicker things get better.
So don't lend them any money.
