A year ago today, the House passed the CLARITY Act with nearly 80 Democrats joining Republicans in support. Since then, the bill has sat in the Senate.
It is time for the Senate to pass the CLARITY Act and send it to @POTUS desk to provide the regulatory certainty America needs to remain THE global leader in digital assets.
