On the eve of President Trump’s meeting with General Secretary Xi Jinping, families of the eight Zion Church leaders, #FreeZion8#, still in detention came together to sing a hymn. May God’s will be done.

Many believe this is an attempt to rush an outcome before Chairman Xi visits Washington in September. We argue that the continual persecution and imprisonment of the other 8 directly goes against the good will established with the release of my father, Pastor Ezra Jin.
