This was a PONY who was “owned” by a homeless person on skid row and was tied up and kept on a leash for most of his life while his “owner” continuously overdosed on drugs until activists like @joey_tuccio and @alittlerescue took charge and negotiated with the “owner” to save the pony. This is the reality for countless dogs “owned” by drug addicts on skid row because @MayorOfLA and @nithyavraman will not take action to prevent this type of abuse on skid row. They won’t even touch it. @spencerpratt was the only LA mayoral candidate who paid attention and was going to make a change. He was in the running until an “overnight dump” knocked him out of the race. All of this needs to be investigated and needs action at a federal level from @POTUS and @JDVance This should infuriate anyone. I won’t even begin to describe the actual animal cruelty that happens on skid row because I would probably be banned. It’s horrific. We need action now.
