Super low inventory of the Model 3 right now in the Chicago area. Only 5 available. Model Y has 9 in inventory. Tesla cars are in high demand. Meanwhile, I pass legacy car dealerships off 41 with inventory filling almost every parking spot…Audi, Porsche, Toyota…you name it.

TERAFAB: Records show that SpaceX, through affiliate company WIT TECH LLC, has purchased six parcels of land totaling +2,700 acres in Grimes County. The areas include:
- 348.59 legal acres on FM244 in Iola, Texas, directly on the east side of the Gibbons Creek Reservoir near Millennium Power. Appraised value of $2.15 million.
- 1.249 legal acres on Rose Road in Iola, Texas, directly on the Navasota River with a low dam. Appraised value of $33,440.
- 3.83 legal acres on Rose Road in Iola, Texas, includes river pump stations. Appraised value of $116,050.
- 1694.17 legal acres on Timbercreek Trail in Iola, Texas, west of the Gibbons Creek Reservoir. Appraised value of $781,800.
- 414.88 legal acres on Timbercreek Trail in Iola, Texas, west of the Gibbons Creek Reservoir. Appraised value of $99,500.
- 433.79 legal acres. Location unknown. Appraised value of $32,260

🚨 NEWS: More than 150 Tesla Cybercabs were spotted driving or parked around Giga Texas today as production and testing activity continues to ramp.
A newly built Cybercab was seen leaving the factory and driving the full ~1.5-mile route to the Superchargers near the EOL facility, a path reportedly used before final processing and shipment.
@JoeTegtmeyer also reported Cybercabs testing near the factory, operating on the test track, traveling along frontage roads, and gathering in large groups within the outbound lot.
Cybercabs were also seen accumulating in the overflow area south of the EOL facility, adding to signs that production volumes continue to grow.

Sounds to me like we’d be safer with NO steering wheel OR pedals!! @robotaxi unleash the Cybercabs!
@elonmusk @kylaschwaberow Yup. In this case, the driver manually overrode self-driving by pressing the accelerator all the way to 100% of the accel pedal in this residential area. They reached a speed of 73 mph during the crash, and had the accelerator pressed even after the crash.

What is better than seeing a bunch of Cybercabs at Giga Texas? How about 10 driving on the Test Track in a large pack?
I was just in time to capture this testing underway. To my knowledge this is the largest group of Cybercabs on the track at any given time so far!
On the 1-year anniversary of the @robotaxi service going live, I think this is encouraging to see … I hope soon we see these out on the streets taking paying passengers, scaling the @Robotaxi service fleet up & expanding to new locations.

My son is obsessed w/ the new map/directions feature on the Tesla Model Y back screen. Every drive, he clicks to check the destination & ETA. Gone are the "are we there yet?" days—now he says “We’ll be there in 4 minutes!"
