Excited to welcome @browser_use into the x402 ecosystem today! With 70,000+ GitHub stars and adoption across teams including Manus, Anthropic, Apple, FedEx, and 20+ YC startups, Browser Use is emerging as the browser execution layer agents rely on when APIs aren’t available. The web is becoming agent-native. Payments should be too.

Agents can now pay with @USDC to complete tasks on the web. Browser Use is partnering with @coinbase to support x402, allowing your agent to purchase credits directly with your crypto wallet. No account or API key is needed.

Why I'm bullish on agentic micropayments with stablecoins: - Card payments have high fees (~2–3% + ~$0.30), so there's no point in using them for any payment below a dollar. - It allows for paid tool exploration with less risk. With cards, you're giving away a reusable token to a seller, one of which could go rogue and recharge you. With x402, a payment is a one-way process. - It's an alternative to the subscription model, gives more control to creators/builders, and can reduce spam (e.g. $0.002 charge to a crawler) - No need for a human-in-the-loop to establish accounts and api keys, etc. - Fewer silly charge disputes. You can't roll back a stablecoin transaction, and no one will bother trying to for a <$1 payment. $80 card payments are good where you want chargeback rights and universal merchant acceptance, but are the wrong model for a $0.04 API call.
