Bullish absorption across venues now!
Large weekend shorts are starting to feel the pressure as spot buyers push them into losing positions.
If that pressure from spot buyers continues and shorts begin to close, their exits will turn into forced predictable market buying pressure - potentially accelerating the move higher.
Let’s see whether sellers can defend these levels, or if late shorts get punished by a sharp weekend bounce.
I’d be sweating hard in those shorts right now... 🥵
People get bullish because a $BTC buy wall forms at $63,700
Yeah, and that wall could be bait. Look at the sell-side liquidity building below current lows.
Make support look strong, lure in more longs, then pull the bids and run their stops at $63,300–$63,500.
Shorts sell into the buyers up here and cover into the forced sellers below.
$BTC | Update (4H)
Looking for a bounce from the 63.6k-63.2k region, followed by a retest of the 64.6k-65.5k region.
Yesterday's dump came after rejecting both the top of the channel and the LTF S/R, creating a significant imbalance to the upside that I'm expecting price to go back up and fill it.
The key support zone for bullish continuation is 63.6k. If we lose this level and then reject it on the retest, it will open the room for a move all the way back down to the current low around 57k.
The daily structure remains bullish for now, so as long as we continue to hold the 63.6k-63.2k region, I'll be treating this move as a bullish pullback.
If we get a decent bounce from this support zone, Then I'll be looking for a reclaim of 64.6k-65.5k on revisit for validating a push towards the highs and finally take the liquidity above 67.4k, which was front-run previously.

The most popular scenario on my timeline is a right shoulder near $60K.
The next most popular scenario a sweep of the lows.
Green is the least expected outcome, but my base case unless it breaks through the moving averages around $63K.
Everyone is getting convinced that the 4-year cycle won't repeat.
$BTC has already bottomed, and it'll be up only from here.
But I don't think so.
A relief rally could definitely happen, but $58K wasn't the bottom.
