Financing environment is definitely tight right now. Difference between $NBIS and $CRWV comes down to existing balance sheet and long-term margin profile. Arkady did say today that customer prepayments should be enough to bridge 2027 CAPEX (in additional to other potential sources outside of debt markets).

Dude if $NVDA is not willing to help $CRWV idk who would… Jensen: we invested in them... ($NBIS $CRWV) that's different than backing them…expect them to work on their own to get the financing they need…

Interesting data point from $NBIS Live today. Startups in SF being increasingly asked about their compute strategy by VCs. TLDR: AI is the great accelerator. If you don't have access to intelligence, someone else is moving faster than you.

Also great for $NBIS vs. rest of playing field. Jensen giving Nebius and neoclouds priority GPU allocation because $NVDA needs them for distribution against hyperscaler custom ASICs.

$NBIS CEO Arkady just said "chips are probably the next bottleneck". Basically because the entire chip supply chain is constrained. Getting allocation will be hard. Probably very bullish for the companies close to $NVDA and great for ensuring there can't even be an overbuild. Also probably great for pricing.

"CoreWeave has no innate defense." Cramer finally capitulating on $CRWV after being the biggest industry shill since IPO. If this isn't a bottom signal I don't know what is. Bullish.

Here's the issue: Coreweave has no innate defense. There can't be a buyback or a dividend. There could be a debt buyback arbitrage i guess. But no matter what Michael Intrator: CANCEL YOUR SELLING
Remember when @romanchernin was in Dubai meeting with the UAE's AI Minister? $NBIS just signed an MoU with the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy to accelerate agentic AI adoption across 14K member companies through training, certifications, and technical support. First come the handshakes, then the partnerships, then the Data Centers. 👀

Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed two Memorandums of Understanding with Nebius Academy and Lovable to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI solutions across Dubai’s private sector. The agreements support a wider programme aimed at equipping 14,000 member companies of Dubai Chamber of Commerce Business Groups and Business Councils with the skills needed to integrate Agentic AI into administrative and operational activities. The partnerships will provide specialised training, certifications, workshops, technical resources and platform access to executives, technical teams, founders and employees, while also supporting startups developing Agentic AI solutions. The initiative aims to improve productivity, operational efficiency and digital readiness, further strengthening Dubai’s position as a global hub for artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship and the digital economy. Completely disagree with this take when it comes to $NBIS. Might have been true in 2024 and 2025, when hyperscaler contracts were necessary to cold-start the financing flywheel. As confirmed by Boroditsky @ 2026 Fellows Forum, Nebius no longer expects to be doing hyperscaler deals. This is what separates the wheat from the chaff. Who's long-term margin profile, balance sheet strength, and customer prepayment proclivities will allow them to not lean primarily on hyperscaler deals for financing. The rest will subsist in bare metal purgatory for eternity.

Hyperscalers vs. neoclouds is a lot like a poker table ♠️ The hyperscalers are the big stacks — they control most of the chips (capital). They can afford to be patient. They get to choose which hands to play, which to fold, and when to walk away. A canceled deal with Nscale (power not available until the 2030s) is just one example of that optionality. The neoclouds are the short stacks. They need action. If too many hands pass them by, the blinds will eventually wipe them out. To stay alive and grow, they largely depend on the big stacks continuing to play with them. But that participation is never guaranteed — and the big stacks can change their minds at any time. So the question is simple: which seat (business) would you rather be in? The one with most of the chips and the luxury of patience, or the one that needs the big players to keep dealing them in? ___ *Of course this isn’t a pure zero-sum game — hyperscalers sometimes want neoclouds to succeed as overflow capacity or a way to spread risk, and some neoclouds can still do well if they lock in other customers or differentiate. The point is just to capture the basic power imbalance.

Nscale's Microsoft deal has been kaput since July. This isn't new news. As the only one on FinX that actually covered Nscale in-depth pre-FUD, I'm going to play devil's advocate here. Nscale is actually one of the better executors in this space. As of S-1 filing they had 55MW active. They have 150MW active right now. What the uninformed naysayers jumping out of the woodworks with their "that's why power is king" narrative also conveniently leave out is that Nscale has an 8GW runway at their Monarch site. This is a pure BTM project, bypassing conventional grid-interconnection bottlenecks. It's also West Virginia's first state-certified AI microgrid, which grants it broad exemptions from local zoning restrictions, permitting requirements, and municipal regulatory interference. The first 1.35GW of IT capacity is targeted for H1 2028. As $NBIS management has been non-stop saying, you need to treat your datacenters as a portfolio. Oracle co-CEO Clay Magouyrk has echoed this sentiment. "If all your eggs are in one basket, that's called a bad plan." I'm obviously not an Nscale shareholder, but what I hate the most on FinX is people who have not and will not go deep weaponizing headlines manufacture FUD. $NBIS has certainly been on the receiving end of this more times than I can remember. Highly recommend giving my Nscale deep dive a read before jumping on the FUD bandwagon. Believe it or not, Nscale is a much higher-quality operator than many other players in this space you are probably familiar with.
