The holdout juror is NOT an immigrant. According to marriage and divorce records, he married a Haitian immigrant. She was illegal. He did not know this when he married her. He did not show his face. He is keeping to himself since his name was doxxed on X. His life has been threatened, and people have stalked his house. NBC Boston did not give you the full story. Michael, the juror, is now divorced. He filed for divorce first. The marriage was fraudulent because she was not a citizen. When he did this, everything hit the fan. She didn’t want a divorce. His ex-wife filed a counterclaim a couple of months later. He was denied his divorce petition because she was not an American citizen. The incident with the nephew - according to the juror, there is a lot of information that many do not know. For example, the nephew is 6-foot-2, and Michael is only 5-foot-7. This obviously does not give anyone the right to hit anyone. But I think it is safe to say that we do not know all of the facts of the matter. Michael stated the truth will come out. None of this matters when it comes to what happened in the courtroom. He filled out his paperwork appropriately. He did not lie on his paperwork. He was asked if he had ever been arrested, and he checked the box “yes” and afterward had to describe what happened. He even took the stand, and the prosecutor asked him questions. He was questioned about his past arrest. He was then selected. I would like to make it very clear that this is something that happens with all of the potential jurors present. Which means that the jurors who have already been interviewed could have said this at any point, but they chose to keep that information from the public. Michael told Fugitive TV that from day one, eight of the jurors automatically wanted to go for not guilty. The eight jurors were “activists,” according to Michael. He said every day they voted, and the eight who were convinced that she was not guilty were doing their best to convince the other four that she was not guilty. At the very end, it was him and another juror. She was also voting guilty. At the last minute, she caved. He said he knew she was guilty based on the EVIDENCE. He was open about what he believed and what he said. He said the other jurors are telling half-truths or just outright lies. He’s never been convicted of a crime. His past should not matter. He said that the entire time, his ex-wife was just trying to get status and citizenship to live in the U.S. Michael said that the report on him that went viral, where they said they spoke with his family members, did not report exactly what was actually said. He said that the family members they spoke to were likely family members of his ex-wife, and he does not even speak with them. Therefore, they cannot know what actually happened in the jury room. Who DID NBC Boston speak with? According to Michael, it was not one of his own family members. Michael stated that he believes he’s being targeted because he is a Republican - a Black Republican with conservative values. He believes that he was on a juror panel with a large number of Democratic voters. And he knows exactly what’s happening right now, and I think that you all do as well. A Black Republican stood his ground. It is not surprising that he is now being dragged through the mud. This is a very bad precedent for people who will serve on a jury in the future for a national case. No one wants to do this when, based on their decision that they say is based on the evidence, they are crucified online for their political beliefs. You have all seen it. 🚨BREAKING: Tyler Robinson’s defense filing is out, submitted by his attorneys on August 11, 2026, following the preliminary hearing. And the entire filing is absolutely ludicrous. 🚨I’m providing the entire filing in this thread …with my summary. Tyler Robinson’s defense is essentially arguing that yes, Charlie Kirk was deliberately targeted, yes, one shot was fired directly at him, and yes, Robinson allegedly admitted, “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I took it” - but somehow the State is reaching too far with the additional charges and aggravating factors. Their argument against the “great risk of death” aggravator is almost absurdly simple: Robinson fired ONE shot. He intended to hit Charlie. He hit Charlie. Nobody else was hit. Therefore, according to the defense, he did not knowingly create a great risk of death to anyone else. Never mind that this happened at a crowded public event. Never mind that he was allegedly firing a high-powered rifle from a rooftop toward an area filled with people. The defense argues that because the bullet traveled downward, hit its intended target, and did not strike anyone else, prosecutors cannot establish the required risk to another person merely because people were nearby. They even attack the significance of the shooting targets recovered from Robinson’s apartment. Their argument? The State supposedly cannot establish when those targets were shot, what firearm was used, or whether Robinson personally fired every shot. They similarly dismiss the screwdriver found on the roof, arguing that its existence doesn’t prove Robinson took the rifle apart or reassembled it. Then we get to witness tampering. Robinson told Lance Twiggs to “ask for a lawyer and stay silent” if police questioned him. The State charged Robinson with witness tampering based on the allegation that he was attempting to induce his roommate to withhold information. The defense says absolutely not. According to them, Robinson was merely giving Twiggs perfectly innocent constitutional advice. Their position is that because Robinson also allegedly said he intended to turn himself in and told Twiggs to be polite to police, this was altruistic advice - not an attempt to interfere with an investigation. Then there are the children. Children under 14 were at the event. The defense doesn’t dispute that. Instead, they argue that prosecutors cannot prove Robinson KNEW THEY WERE THERE. Their reasoning is that Robinson was approximately 400 feet away and allegedly spent only 35-44 seconds positioned on the rooftop before the shot. They literally distinguish this from shooting at an elementary school or daycare, where someone’s knowledge that children were present could reasonably be inferred. Because this happened on a college campus, they say the State cannot establish that Robinson knew children were in that crowd. And then we arrive at perhaps the most ridiculous argument in the entire filing: political motivation. Charlie Kirk was one of the most recognizable political activists in America. Robinson wrote, “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I took it.” He also said, “I had enough of his hatred.” But according to the defense, that’s still not enough. Why? Because Robinson apparently didn’t provide prosecutors with a neat little itemized list explaining precisely which Charlie Kirk political position he hated. That is essentially their argument.

On June 27, 2026, Paris Prism Pride was held at Love Civic Center in Paris, Texas. The event was hosted by The Prism and featured a traveling drag revue coordinated through the Tyler Area Gays (TAG+) Thespians. The evidence provided for review documents minors present while drag performers were being tipped with money during performances. Then, on July 11, Pride East Texas Longview held its event inside the Maude Cobb Convention Complex - a municipal facility owned and operated by the City of Longview. Again, the evidence provided for review documents children in the immediate audience while drag performers were financially tipped during performances. The event also included local drag performances and a “Pups in Drag” runway competition. These events shared parts of a regional organizational and commercial pipeline. Special Health Resources maintained a presence at both. Hardwicks is identified in the material as providing logistical support for both festivals. Multiple independent vendors traveled the same circuit. The organizers also coordinated their dates - June 27 in Paris and July 11 in Longview - to avoid conflicts involving performers and vendors and cross-promoted the events. The Lamar County Democrats maintained a physical presence at the Paris event, including voter-registration and political outreach activities. (I will share photos) At the Longview axis, the material identifies Powered by People, founded by Beto O’Rourke, as part of the political voter-registration operation. Powered by People describes its mission as reaching, registering and mobilizing voters to elect Democrats throughout Texas. And then… you guessed it, the nastiest of them all in the center… James Talarico. Talarico’s 2026 campaign has worked with Beto O’Rourke and Powered by People on voter-outreach strategy. Reporting in July revealed that Powered by People held a strategy call with Talarico’s campaign as part of an outreach effort specifically looking at potential Democratic voters including drag-show attendees. Talarico also has a public legislative history on this exact issue. During the 2023 battle over legislation restricting s*xually oriented performances on public property or in front of minors, Talarico publicly PRAISED Texas drag queens and opposed efforts he believed targeted drag performances. At the urging of the House LGBTQ Caucus, he ultimately voted “present” on key legislation. Now Texans deserve to know exactly how far the political and organizational connections surrounding these 2026 events extend. Because the conduct documented at these events raises serious questions under Texas SB 12. This isn’t simply about whether someone dressed in drag. That isn’t the issue. Adults can do this if they want… OUT of the presence of CHILDREN! The issue is children being present during s*xualized performances, including children in audiences where money was being handed or thrown to performers as they danced. If the documented performances meet SB 12’s statutory definition of a prohibited s*xually oriented performance, the fact that this occurred with minors present - and inside taxpayer-owned municipal facilities - puts the conduct directly within the territory the Legislature sought to regulate.

The women she is defending are the same women who created and circulated what I have reported was a manipulated version of the Sea Tow audio along with a fabricated transcript that fueled accusations against Nolan Wells’ friends and made it appear as though they had m*rdered him. Even after those young men continued receiving threats, they kept targeting them and calling for arrests. Then, after being confronted, they edited their post (the one that targeted Bart) by changing “Bart” to “Buddy” before ultimately deleting it altogether. Too late. The internet is forever. After that, they turned their attention to me. They accused me of allowing my child to be s*xually abused, forced my daughter to relive deeply personal trauma, attacked me over the abuse I survived at the hands of my ex-husband, falsely labeled me a “p*do protector” and an abuser, and encouraged mass reporting of my Facebook account. Now Ami, who presents herself as a Texas “researcher” and “activist,” is publicly defending these SAME people. A woman who claims to care about victims and protecting children is standing beside people who targeted innocent young adults with false accusations and harassment. Women who were called out not just by me, but by many other voices. Their audio was completely debunked. Audio that, if it REALLY was evidence of a m*rder, should have been turned into authorities, but instead was used to create hate, harassment, and targeting online towards innocent kids.
