So proud of my friend @natolambert 🎉 The RLHF Book is officially out in print (you can follow the journey of how he built it in the open at It's a solid guide to post-training, from someone who actually shipped the models.
Even more excited that he's taking the leap into independent research. If anyone has earned the trust to do open science on his own terms, it's Nathan.
