Every structure we've invented has a TradFi equivalent that was stress-tested over decades. The models that survive look like equity. 2. Token holders and product users are almost never the same person. RWAs just hit $4bn on chain. The RWA tokens aren't doing that well. Onchain activity and token price are weakly correlated at best. 3. Forced token utility kills projects. VCs push founders to launch tokens before there's real utility. The token becomes the distraction from the product. 4. The cost of building has collapsed. Two or three people and some AI agents can ship an MVP today. The excuse not to start is no longer the problem. 5. Proof of work is back. The whitepaper-to-20x era is over. The people winning right now are contributing, building, and learning, not waiting.
