“How much you had to drink?” “Yes 😂” Bro tells the cops he “maybe had two beers and one shot” after running his car completely off the road… Then spends the next several minutes arguing that field sobriety tests are “incompetent” because “the majority of people that take this test can’t pass it.” Claims his right leg is shorter than his left… but then stands on the short leg because it’s his “dominant foot.” Tries the test anyway, immediately eats dirt, gets cuffed, and STILL demands a sergeant while asking for badge numbers from the back of the cruiser like he’s filing a complaint. This man was NOT on two beers and one shot. How much do y’all actually think he drank? And what was it?

This play happened a couple of years ago in a regional final matchup. Unique to say the least. A single up the middle to center field. One run scores. The center fielder charges and throws home. The second runner is coming in to score. The runner slides, the catcher swipes at his arm, was he safe or out? The issue here is the runner who scored before stays behind home plate and is waving for the next runner to get down. The home plate umpire bumps into him, trips, and falls down and doesn’t see the play. 🤯 You can defer to the field umpire but if he didn’t see it, what call can you make? 🤷‍♂️ Some said the runner should be out because the player who scored first interfered with the home plate umpire. I have never seen a play like this. What do you think? What’s the call? Safe or out?

My kid is in karate right now, I think they baby him way too much. They need to teach the kids discipline with consequence. The way they are doing it now is a watered down version of what many of us went through. We did full contact sparring with no pads. I want him to know how it feels if he gets struck by an actual opponent trying to hurt him. I think teaching the kids to take a punch is helpful as well. Am I being too harsh? I just want to prepare him for the real world.

This MMA teacher is being criticized for his methods of teaching. While others are praising him for toughening up their kids. I don’t think he’s doing anything wrong, I think he’s doing it in a controlled manner and at no point is anybody upset about this. Even the child was happy with a sense of accomplishment when he was done. It definitely gave him bragging rights. I was doing my kata, it was afterschool and I was so tired already, I also didn’t get a chance to eat lunch that day and was feeling the effects of that. I wasn’t as sharp or quick as I normally was. I also forget a few of the motions in the routine as well. I remember it to this day, every time my arms weren’t where they were supposed to be, I got hit by a piece of bamboo, when my feet weren’t where they were supposed to be, got a strike to the leg.
