This is one thing I've never done since I started using Access. I've had no cause whatsoever to go and lay any complaints, if I carry an unsuccessful transaction it will be refunded in days without having to go to the bank. But you see first bank, they came after my entire life, till I just had to leave then alone for my peace of mind. With an unsuccessful transaction I will go to the bank fill forms, and still have to wait for 7 to 14 business days, in some cases I will have to go back there again. I found peace in Access Bank

You will make transactions on Opay, if it writes processing and you make a report, within 24hrs max sometimes within few hours, it will be refunded or be successful! But if you do it on other commercial banks, you will send a mail, go to bank and you will still have to wait for 7 business days to get a feedback, not even a refund or successful transaction!
