VerifiedX Joins Bitcoin For Corporations, Becomes Exclusive Custody-Category Partner for Bitcoin Magazine TV
VerifiedX has joined Bitcoin For Corporations as an Executive member and vendor to advance Bitcoin as programmable financial infrastructure. Additionally, VerifiedX has also become the exclusive custody-category partner for the newly launched Bitcoin Magazine TV (BMTV). VFX is a financial operating system designed to turn Bitcoin into programmable financial infrastructure for payments, settlement, treasury management, lending and liquidity. Its core asset, Verified Bitcoin (vBTC), is a 1:1 Bitcoin-backed evergreen asset built on the VerifiedX network and redeemable to native BTC at all times without intermediaries or third-parties. The alignment with BFC and BMTV comes on the heels of recent partnerships with BitGo, Kraken, and Cantor Fitzgerald.

VerifiedX Launches $15 Million Financing Round to DeployInstitutional Bitcoin Infrastructure
VerifiedX Foundation has launched a $15 million financing round with Cantor Fitzgerald as its investment banking partner. The project said it has secured initial institutional capital but did not disclose the amount raised so far or the participating investors. The funding is intended to support institutional Bitcoin distribution, custody integrations, exchange listings, and lending infrastructure. VerifiedX also plans to expand its custody integration with BitGo for vBTC and vBTC.b on Base, and pursue centralized exchange listings for vBTC and its native token VFX.

VerifiedX has completed the MiCA crypto-asset white paper notification and publication process in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA). The required documentation was notified to the relevant competent authority, the review period elapsed without comment, and the white paper has been published in accordance with MiCA requirements.

VerifiedX Network releases vBTC v2 with Frost-MPC threshold signing and is now live on Base as a non-synthetic canonical asset under the ticker vBTC.b and has been listed on Fireblocks with self-custody support. VerifiedX said vBTC.b is a fully collateralized, non-synthetic Bitcoin asset that supports 1:1 BTC backing, automated minting and burning, and direct redemption from Base to native Bitcoin through its VFX Lockbox and Proof Publisher systems without the need for any third party attestation. VerifiedX said vBTC.b is now compatible with the EVM ecosystem and use cases including lending, liquidity pools, institutional vaults, payments and on-chain settlement.

VerifiedX announced the release of Prism, a native privacy layer that adds encrypted balances and confidential transfers to its network, supporting private transactions for vBTC (described as a non-synthetic fully collateralized native BTC) and the native token VFX. Prism features private addresses, encrypted balances, shielded-to-shielded transfers, toggling between transparent and private states, and selective disclosure via viewing keys, aiming to keep counterparties, amounts, and activity patterns private while preserving onchain verifiability and auditability.
