Pennsylvania State House District 12 remains too close to call tonight, but Democrat Brandon Dukes is the apparent winner as of Election Night and is on the brink of flipping a Republican-held seat in a district Trump won by 18 points in 2024 in an upset.

Hong wins a Winnebago drop of 12 precincts by 686 to 657 votes. Now there are 4 precincts left in the county, as well as absentee. Of course it's not much compared to Milwaukee.
Two more precincts from Winnebago. Hong wins them by 8 votes, 44-36.

One of the strongest predictors of candidate support was industry.
Stevens excelled in blue-collar areas tied to manufacturing, transportation, and utilities, while El-Sayed dominated younger, highly educated areas centered on education, health care, arts, and food service.
