Today, we are announcing our Series B funding round, valuing the company at more than $1B.
This round accelerates our next-gen Trinity models across diverse infrastructure, expands our work with the DOE and national labs on Genesis-Science-1, and enables us to build the platform teams need to build, evaluate, deploy, and operate open models in production.

We're partnering with @boltdotnew on Forge, a new initiative to help train our next-generation open models using real-world development data.
Starting today, eligible Bolt Pro users who opt in get 50x more usage across top open-weight models, including DeepSeek-v4-Pro, GLM-5.3, and Kimi-K3 with no daily caps.
In exchange, anonymized build sessions will directly inform Arcee's model training and evaluations. Once the training wraps up, these models will be released with weights published and freely available to the public.

Today we're open-sourcing nac, an agent harness for long-running tasks, and launching the Arcee open models API beta.
Nac is available now under Apache 2.0 on GitHub, built for developers running complex, multi-step engineering workloads.

Today we are announcing a partnership with the Department of Energy to build Genesis-Science-1, an open model for scientific research. GS1 is an American open-weight AI model and governed research harness designed to complete scientific computing workflows while preserving a reproducible record of its work.
This model will be shaped by the people who know scientific work inside and out. @ENERGY is opening a contributor program for researchers, laboratories, universities, companies, and nonprofits, and we're speaking with infrastructure partners who can add training or evaluation capacity.
There’s still lots of work ahead, and we hope you’ll help us build in the open, starting with GS1.
