🥵English version: This is absolutely explosive! Last night I saw a shocking piece of news that was also reported by the *Vancouver Sun* and other media. Former Canadian federal cabinet minister and current leader of the BC Conservative Party, Kerry-Lynne Findlay (冯杰妮), referred to her fellow party member, Richmond MLA Teresa Wat (屈洁冰), as “CCP” (Chinese Communist Party) in an internal group chat. When questioned by reporters, Findlay did not deny it. What makes this especially difficult for me is that I know both of these women very well. During the last two federal elections, I stayed in contact and communication with Findlay. She is not only an excellent and experienced lawyer, but also a heavyweight from the Harper government era. She served as Minister of National Revenue, Associate Minister of National Defence, and Whip under both Harper and Pierre Poilievre. Her husband Brent is also our friend — a very warm-hearted person who often encourages my children to bravely pursue their own life paths. What left the deepest impression on me was one year on my birthday. I was completely absorbed in film production and had totally forgotten about it. After work, the entire building was empty except for me. My husband came with the kids to pick me up and take me out for a birthday dinner, and only then did I remember it was my birthday. Suddenly a car pulled up in front of the empty office building, and a couple got out — it was Kerry-Lynne Findlay and her husband. They handed me flowers and said, “Xiaomin, happy birthday!” I was deeply moved beyond words. In China, it is almost unimaginable that a top national-level political figure would take time out of a busy schedule to suddenly show up in front of an ordinary person, bring beautiful flowers, and wish them a happy birthday. Yet this former Canadian cabinet minister not only remembered the birthday of an ordinary filmmaker like me, but personally delivered flowers and greetings. That gesture was truly precious. Later we had several opportunities to sit down over coffee and talk passionately about the development of North American cinema. Those fiery years still leave me with warm memories. As for Teresa Wat, she once had an office on the same floor as mine. Almost the entire floor belonged to my company, and her suite was in the farthest corner. We have known each other for many years, shared meals, and attended events together. I myself dislike socializing and have no interest in getting involved in politics, so I usually decline most banquets whenever possible. But whenever something is genuinely beneficial to Canada and the Chinese community, I will step up without hesitation. For example, at the hearing led by Teresa Wat to set the historical record straight for the Chinese railway workers who built the Pacific Railway, I was invited to speak on stage. After I stepped down, the organizers shook my hand excitedly and said, “A real star is a real star — you spoke so well and moved so many people.” That is why seeing yesterday’s report — that Findlay had internally labeled Teresa Wat as “CCP” (please look carefully at the content in the attached screenshots) — shook me deeply. My past trust in Teresa Wat came from the fact that she is an old Hong Konger. I believed she would not just follow the crowd on issues of freedom, equality, and public affairs, and would maintain the independent judgment typical of older Hong Kongers. This incident caused a huge earthquake within the party and even led to the resignation of Executive Director Angelo Isidorou and others. Afterwards, Findlay posted publicly on Facebook affirming Teresa Wat’s work and contributions, trying to pull the crisis back into internal party negotiation. Findlay is by no means a careless speaker. As both a lawyer and a top-tier politician, she is fully aware of the legal and political boundaries and understands the weight and consequences of every word she says. This inevitably brings to mind the media reports that “foreign interference in Canadian elections and politics has long existed and continues to this day.” This is not fiction — it is something that has been happening in reality. Seeing two acquaintances caught up in this massive storm fills me with mixed emotions. Currently both sides have chosen to resolve the matter through internal party mechanisms, which may be a rational choice. But after this upheaval, the deeper questions it raises about political trust, national security, and especially political integrity are still worth calm reflection by everyone who cares about Canada’s future.

🔥We must find these 400 illegal immigrants who have already voted, send them to prison, and deport them.
👺From 2020 until now, Fauci has personally destroyed the word “expert” with his own mouth. This video puts his own statements side by side: Early on he publicly said ordinary people don’t need to wear masks. Later it became “not wearing a mask is irresponsible.” At first he swore the vaccines would stop infection and transmission. When the data didn’t match, he walked it back to “mainly preventing severe disease.” Private emails show he was already aware of the possibility of a Wuhan lab leak. In public he aggressively shut down the lab-leak theory and insisted “we did not fund gain-of-function research.” Under oath in Congress he repeatedly said “I don’t recall” and “according to the science at the time.” Now he has invoked the Fifth Amendment 111 times and said nothing. Truth doesn’t fear questions. A real scientist doesn’t need “I don’t recall” and total silence to protect himself. For more than six years, Fauci was deeply involved in, actively promoted, and repeatedly lent his authority to policies on masks, lockdowns, vaccine mandates, and the suppression of the lab-leak theory — policies that caused enormous harm. Now that it’s his turn to answer, he chooses silence. This is not science evolving. This is systematic deception. Every single line in the video is his own words. Watch for yourself. 🔥China released the Regulations of the State Council on Exit-Entry Administration on July 31. It takes effect on September 15. The regulation mainly does four things: • Border officers can actively discourage Chinese citizens from going to high-risk countries; • Applications to leave the country must be “true and legal” — fake materials can get you denied; • Chinese citizens can be banned from leaving for 6 months to 3 years for certain violations; foreigners can be banned from entering for 1 to 5 years; • All exit-entry intermediaries must register with the government. Non-compliance means fines or shutdown. It looks like stronger management and safety protection. But the real core is simple: The state is tightening its final say over whether you can leave the country. This is typical of a communist system. In this system, the individual is not a free person with natural rights. You are part of the state machine. The freedom to move, to choose where to live, is not something you naturally own — it is something the state grants or takes back according to its needs. The Soviet Union’s exit controls, East Germany’s Berlin Wall, China’s strict passport controls in the past, and these more detailed rules today all follow the same logic. Here is the real harm: Once the state can freely decide whether you may leave, then your personal freedom, property safety, and even the right to speak truth ultimately rest in the hands of power. On the surface it is “for your own good.” In reality it is “I control you.” Historically, this exact mindset — treating people as tools and freedom as a privilege the state can revoke — produced the Great Famine, the Cultural Revolution, mass persecution, and decades of poverty. This regulation itself is not extreme. But it clearly reveals the root problem: under a communist system, power naturally expands upward, and individual rights are naturally compressed downward. A system that truly respects people does not treat the right to leave as something the state can take away whenever it wants.

🤬The CCP flew DSA members to China as VIPs and had them publicly pledge to “support the People’s Republic of China and defend Chinese socialism.” This is pure betrayal. Fox News reports: Multiple members of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) were flown to China by the CCP, treated like royalty. Provincial foreign affairs officials called them “VIPs” and gave them full high-level receptions. New York City DSA member Dee Knight even bragged in his blog: “Beijing buzzed with excitement… they treated us like VIPs.” Even worse — about a dozen DSA members (including International Committee members) signed a pledge from “Friends of Socialist China,” openly declaring: Support for the People’s Republic of China Resolve to support, defend, and promote “Chinese socialism” “The continued survival of Chinese socialism is a crucial matter not only for the Chinese people but for all humanity” These same DSA members form the political base of New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani. They push socialism in America while flying to Beijing to swear loyalty to the CCP — all under the banner of “anti-imperialism.” This is not cultural exchange. This is united front infiltration. The CCP is cultivating the American left as a fifth column — free flights, VIP treatment, in exchange for public endorsement of the Chinese communist system. ‼️How Elite U.S. Journalists Took All-Expenses-Paid Trips to China — and Came Back Changed On July 28, 2026, White House correspondent Natalie Winters dropped a bombshell investigation that ripped the polite mask off a carefully engineered influence operation. A leaked internal document from the **Committee of 100 (C100)** — an organization Xi Jinping himself once praised as a “friendly organization” making “untiring efforts” to advance Chinese influence in the United States — revealed that at least 26 top American journalists, editors, and broadcasters had been flown to China on curated, high-end trips. The goal was not cultural exchange. It was to reshape how they saw Beijing… and how they covered it. ### The Operation C100’s “Leadership Delegation Program” targeted the people who decide what America reads and hears about China. Delegates came from *The New York Times*, *The Washington Post*, *Politico*, *NPR*, *PBS*, *The Atlantic*, *The New Yorker*, *Financial Times*, *TIME*, *USA Today*, and more. These were not backpacker trips. One 2012 delegation alone — Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou — cost roughly $60,000. Participants stayed in classic hotels, sampled regional Chinese cuisine, toured the Great Wall and Forbidden City, attended dinners in the Great Hall of the People, and sat down with carefully selected officials, state media executives, business leaders, and academics. C100 tracked its success with clinical precision. It publicly claimed that 70% of American “opinion leaders” who visited China returned with improved views of the country. Internally, the real metric was simpler: Did we change how they think? ### The Smoking-Gun Report The most damning piece is a 2012 after-action report marked **“Internal Use.”** It records what the journalists said after the trip: - Financial Times editor Gary Silverman: “I don’t think that I will ever think or write about China in the future without reflecting on what I learned this week.” - WNYC host Brian Lehrer: His perception of China changed “in 100 ways.” - Foreign Affairs managing editor Jonathan Tepperman returned with a “much deeper, more subtle and more nuanced sense” of China and called it the best press trip he had ever taken. - New York Times deputy business editor Winnie O’Kelley came back with “several story ideas” and plans to “shape my staff across Asia in some different ways.” She even hoped to add at least one business reporter in China. A Chinese academic congratulated the organizers: “It is hard to speak on China without being to the country. You made the change!” C100’s own verdict was blunt: “The C-100 Leadership Delegation Program has had a visible impact on their understanding and perceptions of China.” They hoped the delegates would share those new perceptions with colleagues and reshape coverage back home. ### The Names Here are some of the participants (titles at the time of their trips): - Jill Abramson — Managing Editor, *The New York Times* - David Brooks — Columnist, *The New York Times* - David Ignatius — Associate Editor & columnist, *Washington Post* - Eugene Robinson — Columnist & Associate Editor, *Washington Post* - Ruth Marcus — Columnist, *Washington Post* - Fred Hiatt — Editorial Page Editor, *Washington Post* - John Harris — Editor-in-Chief, *Politico* - Juan Williams — Senior Political Analyst, *NPR* - Brian Lehrer — Host, WNYC - Clive Crook — Senior Editor, *The Atlantic* - Jonathan Tepperman — Managing Editor, *Foreign Affairs* - Gary Silverman — U.S. News Editor, *Financial Times* - And many more from *Newsweek*, *TIME*, *Los Angeles Times*, *USA Today*, *HuffPost*, and *The New Yorker*. ### What Happened After They Came Home Winters tracked the subsequent work of several delegates. Some of the same voices later became prominent critics of tougher policies toward Beijing: - David Brooks called Trump’s proposed tariffs “the single worst policy idea on the table.” - Eugene Robinson described the trade war as an “ill-advised gambit” and suggested Xi Jinping could emerge as the “reasonable adult.” - David Ignatius warned America was “dramatically overestimating China’s capabilities” and called growing alarm “scare talk.” One Financial Times columnist later defended allowing the Chinese-founded fast-fashion giant Shein to list in London despite serious supply-chain and labor concerns. ### The Bigger Picture This was not random tourism. C100 has repeatedly been linked to figures and institutions inside the Chinese Communist Party’s United Front system — the same influence network U.S. officials describe as designed to “co-opt and neutralize sources of opposition.” The organization selected journalists based on their ability to deliver favorable coverage and then measured success by whether those journalists’ thinking actually shifted. The documents, itineraries, and internal assessments were scattered across archives for years. Natalie Winters pulled them together, named the names, and published the evidence. 😊Seeing President Trump take repeated shots at *The New York Times* these past few days fills me with real joy. It feels like the effort I’ve put in over these past months is finally getting an echo. There is no hatred without a reason. Why does *The New York Times* hate America so much, hate America’s democratically elected president so much, that it is willing to leak tactical details to the enemy—even if it gets American soldiers killed? How did a paper with a hundred-year history that once stood above the rest turn into today’s sell-out rag? I want to start with Li Yuan @LiYuan6, who has a clear Xinhua background. She was sent by Xinhua to study in the United States early on, worked at *The Wall Street Journal* for more than a decade, and finally entrenched herself at *The New York Times*. After more than twenty years living in America, she remains a thorough Chinese national—portraying Trump as Mao Zedong, pasting Trump’s face onto the head of that greatest mass murderer Mao, and labeling every patriot as Red Guards who burn, kill, and loot. Who made her do this? The answer is already obvious. Any normal person can see it: she is one of the Trojan horses the CCP has planted in America with hundreds of millions of dollars in investment. Perhaps President Trump has long seen through it all. I am deeply relieved. Even though I cannot influence America’s core media, as long as someone can take down a sell-out paper like *The New York Times*, that alone would be a victory. Yuan Li is a CCP planted asset embedded in America’s mainstream media for over a decade. Please sign to support my investigation into her. Anyone can sign — this is not an election. This is simply to push the IRS and DOJ to stop delaying. Thank you. via

DHS just posted: .@USCIS is eliminating delays in the asylum process so we can more efficiently hear illegal aliens’ claims and fulfill @POTUS Trump’s immigration agenda. What they’re doing: For certain affirmative asylum applications, USCIS can now refer cases directly to immigration judges — skipping the usual asylum interview. The rule takes effect immediately. The goal is to slash the massive backlog and stop people from using the asylum system as a delay tactic + free work permit. USCIS Director put it clearly: The asylum system exists to protect people with genuine fear of persecution — not to be exploited for delay and work authorization. Resources must go to real claims first. This is exactly what the Trump administration is delivering — stop the abuse, speed up the process, remove the bad actors faster, and properly adjudicate the legitimate ones. Support this. Keep clearing the backlog and closing the loopholes. Follow me for more 🇺🇸

🔥😰👉Chengdu’s “People’s Big Canteens” Are Back — And History’s Shadow Is Rising Again A recent video circulating online shows the emergence of “People’s Big Canteens” (全民大食堂) in Chengdu. The promotional message claims that within a three-kilometer radius, no one cooks at home anymore, and the model is now being copied across the country. The footage features large woks of food being stir-fried, people lining up with trays, and diners sitting at long communal tables. The captions emphasize that it is “cheaper than cooking yourself and safer than eating out,” with “hygienic ingredients, no frozen food, and no pre-made dishes.” On the surface, it looks like a convenient community service — affordable, convenient, and clean. But many Chinese people watching it feel an immediate chill: Isn’t this exactly the same as the “big canteens” of the past? History: How the Great Leap Forward’s Communal Dining Halls Starved Millions In 1958, Mao Zedong launched the Great Leap Forward. Rural China was rapidly organized into people’s communes, and public canteens (公共食堂) were forcibly imposed. The system worked like this: •Families were required to hand over their pots, pans, grain, and livestock to the collective. •Private cooking was banned or heavily restricted. •Everyone had to eat at the canteen. At first, the slogan was “eat as much as you want.” •Massive waste followed — leftover food was simply thrown away. •Local cadres inflated production figures layer by layer, while real grain was heavily requisitioned by the state. The result: food supplies were quickly exhausted through consumption and waste. Between 1959 and 1961, China suffered the most severe man-made famine in human history — the Great Chinese Famine. Conservative estimates put the death toll at 15 to 30 million; some scholars estimate over 45 million. In provinces such as Sichuan, Henan, and Anhui, corpses littered the land and cannibalism occurred. The public canteens were one of the central drivers of the disaster. They completely stripped farmers of control over their own food, giving grassroots cadres the power of life and death over who ate and how much. By the time the canteens collapsed and were forced to close, it was already too late. Today: Why Are “Big Canteens” Returning? The community canteens being promoted in places like Chengdu are nominally “voluntary” and framed as convenience services. Yet the propaganda language is strikingly similar: no need to cook yourself, more economical, more reliable, no one nearby cooks anymore, and the whole country should follow the example. Many comments online immediately connect it to history: •“Last time they ate up all the grain this way.” •“Sitting and eating until the mountain collapses.” •“They never learned the lesson.” •“Once everyone can only eat at designated canteens, when the porridge has no vegetables or meat, who will dare speak up?” With the economy slowing, youth unemployment high, and local governments under fiscal pressure, low-price canteens are a common tool to attract people, control consumption, and reduce household spending. Once dependence forms, the function of private kitchens weakens, and individual control over food is further eroded. History has already written the lesson clearly: when a regime begins large-scale promotion of “everyone come eat at the canteen,” the real danger is not the canteen itself, but the underlying deprivation of personal autonomy and control over food. Last time, tens of millions starved. They did not reflect. Now they are trying it again. The ending was written long ago.

🚨Yesterday ’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner: The entire fake media dressed to the nines, laughing their heads off at Trump’s stand-up comedy. They clustered around him and refused to leave, as if they were listening to a cute neighborhood uncle telling stories. Trump even directly joked about the constitutional term limits for the presidency on stage and said: “I won three times, now I’m going to do it again.” After saying that, under the gaze of all the mainstream media reporters in the room, he pulled out a red hat printed with “Trump 2028,” put it on his head, and joked: “I’m only doing this to save your news media’s ratings!” The old man Trump maxed out the theatrical effect, making these fake media so embarrassed. Truly enough to make people die of anger! Haha 😂 The “pig” 🐽 stream media is best at “double-standard narratives.” One second they’re still running headlines painting Trump as the “ender of democracy” and an “extremely dangerous dictator,” the next second the whole crowd is dressed up, sitting in the audience, laughing their heads off and applauding his comedy bits. This kind of “all ideology on the lips, all traffic in the heart” is truly ironic! 🥶😰 I’ve put together a list of tonight’s jokes for everyone. Have a happy weekend 😆😝🙌 📝 Trump’s speech highlight list: 1. Joke about RFK Jr.: “Everyone enjoyed the delicious steak tonight, and this cow was personally run over and killed by RFK Jr.” 2. Mocking Newsom on wildfires: “The only thing we can be sure about with Gavin Newsom is that he absolutely does not want to use water to put out fires.” 3. Mocking Adam Schiff’s appearance: “Look at Adam Schiff — that big head on a skinny neck.” 4. Roasting rock stars and anchors: Took a jab at Springsteen for “looking terrible,” and joked that CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins “doesn’t smile enough.” 5. Putting on the “Trump 2028” hat and declaring: “To save your ratings, I announce my fourth campaign!” 6. Body armor joke: “Wearing body armor makes you look like you’ve gained 20 pounds. A lot of people would rather get shot than wear it. They put one on me and I said: I’m not wearing this thing!” 7. Labeling the media:
Trump pointed at the “pig” 🐽 stream media in the room and said: “This room is filled with the largest group of Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) patients in history.” Hahaha 😂 That last line was absolutely brilliant. 🙌😝👍

🔥😰Data is out • Every year, 260,000 babies are granted U.S. citizenship through birthright citizenship, even though their parents have no legal status • Every year, 26,000 babies are granted birthright U.S. citizenship due to birth tourism companies This means that every 5 years, 1,430,000 babies are granted U.S. citizenship, even though their parents are not U.S. citizens This is how you lose your country — America “Every year, 260,000 babies are automatically granted U.S. citizenship whose parents are neither citizens nor lawful permanent residents. As for birth tourism citizenship, that is 20,000 to 26,000 per year.” We must close this insane birthright citizenship loophole. The Supreme Court’s ruling on this is completely wrong!

🔥👉Laura Loomer Publicly Admits Mistake: Fell for Russian Propaganda, Now Conducts Serious Interview with Zelenskyy Prominent MAGA influencer and strong Trump ally Laura Loomer recently traveled to Kyiv, Ukraine, and sat down with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for an approximately 45-minute exclusive interview. The interview drew widespread attention, largely because of her public admission that she had previously “fallen for Russian propaganda.” For years, Loomer had been a sharp critic of Ukraine. She repeatedly echoed Russian “denazification” narratives, described Ukraine as “full of Nazi sympathizers,” called Zelenskyy an “actual Nazi” or “self-hating Nazi Jew,” opposed U.S. aid to Ukraine as inconsistent with “America First,” and at times minimized the suffering of the Ukrainian people while amplifying claims about neo-Nazi influence in the Ukrainian military, particularly the Azov Battalion. After traveling to Ukraine and seeing the situation firsthand, Loomer’s position shifted significantly. During the interview, she told Zelenskyy: “I was bamboozled by Russian propaganda and I came to believe a lot of untrue things about Ukraine.” She publicly apologized for previously downplaying Ukrainian struggles, stating that it had been wrong to say she “didn’t care” and acknowledging that many had been heavily influenced by Russian narratives without realizing it. Loomer noted that upon arriving in Ukraine she learned Nazism is illegal there, and that the country’s anti-Semitism laws are stricter than those in the United States. She met with local rabbis, some of whom had fled Russia due to state pressure, and visited sites damaged by Russian drone strikes. These experiences led her to conclude that several of her earlier views had been based on false information. In the interview, Loomer did not avoid tough questions. She pressed Zelenskyy on how sending American taxpayer dollars to Ukraine could be considered “America First,” asking the question more than once. The overall tone of the conversation was candid. Trump later shared and praised the interview on Truth Social. Loomer’s public admission has sparked debate within conservative circles. Supporters have praised her for having the courage to own her mistakes and seek the truth on the ground. Critics have questioned the timing and sincerity of the shift. Australian journalist Avi Yemini posted that he too had fallen for Russian propaganda and praised Loomer as one of the rare people willing to admit error and grow from it in public. Loomer’s trip to Ukraine and her interview with Zelenskyy have become a notable moment in the ongoing debate within the American right over the Russia-Ukraine war. Her willingness to acknowledge past mistakes and examine the situation firsthand has been cited by many as an example of intellectual honesty.

‼️Montana Senator Tim Sheehy just delivered a speech every American needs to hear in full. He laid out, without filter, what the Iranian regime has done to Americans for 47 years:
The 1983 Beirut barracks bombing that vaporized 241 Marines. EFPs that cut our troops in half. Americans skinned alive on camera. Power drills through skulls. From Hezbollah to Hamas to the Houthis — all death cults funded and directed by Tehran. They don’t care who you voted for.
They don’t care what you believe.
They don’t care where you live.
They want every single one of us raped, burned, and cut into pieces. This is not politics.
This is a death cult that has been at war with America since 1979. America waited 47 years.
Finally, one president had the courage to actually hit Iran — President Trump.
He put his own life on the line. He put his entire family’s future on the line. All to end a slaughter that previous presidents allowed to continue for decades. And even then, Democrats and Republican RINOs have already launched more than a dozen votes trying to stop him from striking Iran.
They would rather let a regime that chants “Death to America,” that murders Americans, and that lists the President of the United States as its number-one assassination target keep operating freely than let America finish the fight. Sheehy said it plainly:
We did not start this war. But we will finish it. Trump is the first president in 47 years who actually struck back.
Now some in Congress are still trying to tie the military’s hands. Watch the full speech. Every single second. Follow me for more daily discoveries

🔥👉🤡Biden Administration: America’s Traitors Senator Eric Schmitt from Missouri just released a bombshell internal Presidential memorandum from the Biden White House, exposing the most shameless act of the Biden regime in its final days. The document reveals that Biden’s team advised him to block President Trump’s deportation of 3.1 million illegal immigrants — including members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang — by massively expanding “Temporary” Protected Status (TPS) right before leaving office. The memo explicitly called for rushing TPS redesignations and new designations before January 20th, specifically to shield these people from Trump’s planned mass deportations. They even crunched the numbers: Venezuela alone would have protected another 455,000; Nicaragua, Ecuador, Guatemala added up to over 2 million more. This was naked political sabotage: refusing to accept defeat and instead using executive power to booby-trap the next administration and turn illegal immigration into a permanent feature. They turned “temporary” protection into de facto amnesty, turned America’s border into a global refugee camp, and treated American citizens’ safety as a bargaining chip. Worse, they knew this would allow gang members to roam free in the U.S., but did it anyway to pander to leftist voters and special interests. This wasn’t “humanitarianism.” This was treason against the American people. President Trump is now cleaning up this mess, and this Biden memo is ironclad proof: They weren’t governing the country — they were deliberately sabotaging the next one. Americans will never forget how these people sacrificed national security and border control for their own political games. Traitors. Plain and simple. 🚨 Texas banned child transitions. So this doctor fled to Oregon and got hired as Associate Professor of Pediatrics at OHSU. Dr. May Lau was sued by AG Ken Paxton for giving testosterone to at least 21 minors and allegedly falsifying records. She surrendered her Texas license and moved to a blue state haven. OHSU has long been a major center for “gender-affirming care.” Red states protect kids. Blue states protect the activists. Children are not experiments. We need a national ban on this medical scandal. Follow me for daily discoveries @helengmaga @helen_maga99

🔥👉Great News! Second Circuit Delivers Strong Win for Rule of Law in Immigration On July 21, 2026, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit issued a key ruling, making it clear that habeas corpus cannot be used as an end-run around Congress’s immigration removal-review scheme. In this case, the court supported the government’s position and rejected attempts to bypass proper deportation procedures through habeas petitions. Key Impact: This reinforces the authority of federal immigration law, prevents abuse of the court system to delay or block removals, and strengthens enforcement efforts. A major victory for the Trump administration, border security, and the rule of law! More wins ahead for America First priorities. 🇺🇸

🔥👉Great News! Fifth Circuit Delivers Major Win for Immigration Enforcement On July 21, 2026, the full Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a strong precedential order in Case No. 26-50183 (and consolidated cases), backing the Trump administration’s position. Key Ruling: • The court granted the government’s request to stay the Western District of Texas district court judgments. • It also expedited review for en banc rehearing. Bottom Line: Illegal aliens do not have a constitutional right to roam free in the United States while their removal proceedings are pending. The government can continue detaining them during the process. This is a significant victory for border security, rule of law, and America First priorities — stopping catch-and-release policies and protecting American communities. More wins ahead! 🇺🇸
