Pro detailing tip for the Cybertruck.
I caught my vacuum cleaner nozzle on the soft touch surfaces of the door sills, and I thought I tore it. Turns out this stuff is pretty resilient.
It will probably self heal if you cook it in the sun, but you can also use a wet towel, heat gun, and massage it and it will slowly come back as long as it isnโt torn.
This is about halfway fixed, it looked much worse at the start.

I had an idea to build a tap that takes 48V and comms signal from the Cybertruck wireless charging pad to power a Starlink mini, and control it using the screen (disable charging pad = off, etc)
Grok build hashed it out for me

PSA to check your light bar bolts on the Cybertruck frunk lid.
Mine were loose and the light bar was rattling in place.

Plumbing is easy until you try PVC repair.
Failed twice on the second slip coupler and had to use one shielded fernco.
Itโs not every day I get to do three different trades.

The Cybertruck is surprisingly quiet with the tonneau open. Thereโs no increase in wind noise at all.
