PARE is a cool example of what's possible once stocks actually live on-chain. The TLDR is to think about it like Pendle for stocks: Deposit something like AAPL or SPY and it splits the asset into two separate pieces: the stock exposure without the dividends, which trades at a discount, and the future dividend stream itself. What gets interesting is that you can now choose which part of the stock you actually want exposure to. If you’re bullish AAPL but don’t care about the dividend, you can buy the stripped stock cheaper. If you want income, you can just buy the dividend stream. And if you already own the stock, you can monetize the future dividends and frontload it w/o selling the underlying exposure. Pretty damn neat, another project to add to the RHC RWA ecosystem cohort.. Heads up, goes without saying, DYOR since this is a low cap. I've done cursory research on this but live for these on-chain experiments. Lemme know if you find something neat!

I can say confidently that we're not going anywhere. Once portfolio margin went live on Hyperliquid, it was always going to make sense for them to eventually enable borrowing for other purposes and deploy that themselves. Hyperliquid is Hyperliquid and HyperLend is HyperLend. Both have their pros and cons, and both are built for specific use cases. HyperLend's credit venue is far more efficient, and it already enables borrowing against a wide range of collateral types: crypto assets today, equities and commodities soon. The next big thing for us is Aviya, our institutional arm, built for white-glove service in a compliant environment.
