The plan is simple: We'll fill the room with the most ambitious, creative, and innovative builders on earth. We'll give them difficult problems, real users, open markets, technical support, collaborators, distribution, paths to funding, and a community built around shipping. We'll repeat this all over the world until Solana becomes the only logical place for ambitious builders to land.

Stablecorp got accepted into @AppWorks Accelerator #33#. Founders across India, Southeast Asia, and the wider region are building for global customers from day one, but the business infrastructure to actually operate that way still sits in a fragmented stack of law firms, banks, tax advisors, and payment processors that were built for a different era of company. That's the problem we're solving. Stablecorp gets a global founder incorporated in the US, banked, and ready to invoice international customers, in days, not months. Then it keeps going into the part that decides whether the business survives: cross-border payments, treasury on fiat and stablecoin rails, and the compliance filings most founders forget until it costs them. If you are building a global company from outside the US, or investing in founders who are, we would like to talk.

A lot of cross-border tax problems don’t start with the tax return. They start months earlier, when different parts of your setup stop telling the same story. That’s the part worth figuring out. Comment BORDERLESS to setup a free call with our CA.

If you're a software developer, content creator, accountant, designer, marketer, or other service exporter in India, and your FIRA says P1006 as the purpose code, you should read this. Because P1006 doesn't mean “freelancer.” It means Business & Management Consultancy and Public Relations Services. And that's where things get interesting. RBI has different purpose codes for different types of services. For example: - Software consultancy/implementation: P0802 - Accounting/bookkeeping: P1005 - Business & management consultancy/PR: P1006 - Advertising/marketing/market research: P1007 So why do we keep seeing completely different kinds of Indian service exporters ending up with P1006? A developer builds an app. A content creator produces videos for a US client. An accountant provides bookkeeping services to a UK company. A management consultant advises a foreign business. These are not the same service. Yet the FIRA can sometimes tell the same story: P1006. This isn't about saying P1006 is a “bad” purpose code. It's a perfectly valid code, when you're actually providing business/management consultancy or PR services. The problem is using one generic classification for work that belongs in different categories. And this matters because your purpose code is part of the banking/reporting trail for the foreign remittance. Your invoice says what you did. Your contract says what you did. Your GST/SAC classification describes what you did. Your FIRA should ideally make sense alongside all of that. Interestingly, this isn't just a theoretical concern. Some major platforms explicitly document that their purpose codes for Indian freelancers are hardcoded to P0103/P1006, with users needing to approach their bank if they require a different purpose code. So here's something worth doing today: Open your latest Inward Remittance Certificate (FIRA/FIRC). Look at the purpose code. If you're a software developer and it says P1006… If you're an accountant and it says P1006… If you're a content/creative professional and it says P1006… Don't panic. But ask why. Your purpose code should reflect the nature of the service you're actually exporting, not simply whatever code your payment platform happens to use by default. At @myStableCorp, this is exactly the kind of compliance detail we think should be handled properly. Because your work isn't “just another international payment.” It's an export of a specific service. And that deserves to be classified accordingly.

Most incorporation advice on the internet is written by people who've never incorporated as a non-US founder. This isn't that. Tomorrow, 11 AM IST. (
Building infrastructure for global Indian founders. Here's what we've learned so far: → The compliance problem is bigger than we are and less solved than anyone admits → Founders don't want education. They want the thing handled. → Every customer story reveals a use case we hadn't considered → '1% flat fee' resonates more than any feature we've described → The FIRA story unlocks everything. Nobody else talks about it. Your zip code doesn't decide your ceiling. But bad infrastructure does.
