Big news! @DavidMoss and I are on our way to China to experience the L60 a mid-size crossover SUV from @NIOGlobal’s Onvo brand, along with its self-driving system. We are going to put it through its paces with lots of testing. Thankful for the opportunity and grateful to David for bringing me along as his videographer.

Tesla held twelve first responder sessions with the Cybercab last week in Austin, another sign that the first public Cybercab rides are starting soon.

It’s hard not to see Cybercab’s running out on Tesla’s Giga Texas test track
Riders in Europe can now book an autonomous vehicle through Uber for the first time.
The launch uses Gen-7 Robotaxi technology, with Verne as the local operator, in Zagreb, Croatia. UberX and Comfort are available in key areas of the city from 7:00–21:00.
A licensed operator remains on board at launch as the partners phase toward fully driverless operations. Additional European cities are expected later this year.

Funny timing last night. While waiting for Robotaxi support to connect, a full hauler of new Robotaxis rolled into Dallas right in front of me.
Texas just added vehicles to two existing automated-vehicle authorizations.
@May_Mobility is now listed with 22 vehicles, up from 18. All are Toyota Siennas.
Bot Auto TX Inc is now listed with 13 vehicles, up from 12. The new truck is a 2027 Freightliner Cascadia.
